I ordered recently and have been very impressed by the service and the quality of the coffee. Balance coffee is responsive and thoughtful. Plus the product is delicious! I will keep buying from them!

It is important to me that coffee is ethically sourced and verified as organic and free from impurities. Most importantly, the coffee tastes great!

I came to coffee late in the game, and only started drinking coffee in my 60s on a visit to France. When I got home and started making my own coffee, I found that it upset my stomach. I couldn't understand why, as I had not had this problem when I was in Nice. Now I realise I must be sensitive to the moulds and high acidity of some coffees. Since buying Balance coffee I've been able to enjoy my (black) coffee with no ill-effects. I also want to commend their customer service, as any issue I've had, has been immediately addressed and resolved. So kudos to the company for that! No hesitation in highly recommending their coffee for folks who want a clean, healthy cup of Java!

Balance Coffee are a really great company to deal with. Yes, their coffee isn’t cheap, but the quality of it is outstanding and the Lionsmane, is now my first coffee of the day and properly sets me up in the morning. I have recently also tried their Goldblend which is delicious and perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.
On the odd occasion when something’s not quite right, they’ve dealt with it straight away in the most professional manner.
I can’t recommend them highly enough!! 😊

The beans were below par, but to actually get them was stressful, I waited a full 10 days after ordering, even though there is a daily delivery statement on the web which is usually a 2-3 day turnaround. I sent emails and phone calls which was not returned. They also stated that I would receive a free mushroom tincture, that never arrived. The beans came in a standard branded ziplock bag, all good BUT shockingly that was then heavily wrapped in a black plastic bag! As you can imagine given the recent heat wave the bag was hot to the touch and the beans had gassed off ....So disappointed. UPDATE: I have just received an A.i. generated apology, waffling on about nonsense, how insulting is that.

Fast shipping, great taste and with the clean coffee promise, what’s not to love! I’ve absolutely loved the Stability Blend pods, the flavour is amazing for a medium strength coffee 😊

I can personally attest that Balance coffee reaches places no other coffees can reach. Seriously my daily coffees (just two) are enabling me to cope with a neuro degenerative disorder. As important as that is to me it is just as important for me to deal with and interact with an incredible customer service team. Unlike dealing with giant companies that send out automated or AI generated replies with Balance there is a personal response and a rapport is quickly generated. I shall always advocate their products with family and friends. Thank you so much for what you've done for me.

The coffee itself is excellent, but the customer service has a lot of room to grow, let's say. They promised to deliver within a few days, but two weeks have passed, and there has been no update on my order. I can't even find it in my profile.

I had already ordered a few times from this company, and every time it took a long time to receive my order. I only gave them another chance because of the quality of the coffee, but unfortunately, the service is very slow, and they overpromise.

As with other customers on here with recent orders it wasn't fulfilled and communication was non existent. Order now cancelled and awaiting refund.
Customer service appears to be entirely AI generated.
First time trying Balance Coffee and certainly won't again and would advise caution to anyone considering.

No delivery of coffee, it’s been in packing for 7 days. No updates

Their checkout process is incredibly misleading. The layout neglects any mention of an order summary or confirmation of an order and is filled with pop-up offers that are automatically added to your basket and are unable to be removed. I ended up buying WAY more coffee than intended because of this.
When I contacted customer services about this they ensured me I would receive a refund for my excess order, this has still not happened after almost 2 months.
Disgracefully misleading for mid coffee.

I placed my order on 2 July, but as of the afternoon of 6 July, I still have not received a dispatch confirmation.
I contacted the live chat and waited for hours without receiving any response. I have ordered from Pact Coffee, Exhale Coffee, and several other coffee companies, and almost all of them dispatched my orders the next day and responded to enquiries promptly.
Balance Coffee's customer service is extremely disappointing. Nowadays, regardless of how good your products are, a business is unlikely to succeed if it does not provide good customer service.

Ive ordered from balance coffee twice now. Both times ordering there best seller bundle. I cant stress how good this coffee is.
I use the ninja luxe coffee machine. I previously tried many brands of coffee and I just found me and my wife would get the jitters after. We aren't heavy coffee drinkers 1 cup a day and 2 cups at the weekends.I was hesitant to spend as much on the coffee from balance coffee as its a bit on the pricey side. But im so glad I did.
After finishing my first batch of the best selling bundle I was quick to to reorder. The coffee gives me that boast I need in the morning but without the awful jitters I was previously getting. Excellent service also. With free gifts with orders. Thanks balance coffee

SCAM site. no sign of order.

I placed the order for a coffee lover for their birthday, the order qualified for free 1-2 day delivery as it was over the spent limit.

3 days letter the coffee has still not been dispatched, and as others have said - the customer service is none existent.

Don't bother ordering here, if I don't receive a full update today i'll be making a chargeback with my bank.

This coffee is excellent being organic and mycotoxin free, a very pleasant coffee with no bitter after taste. I am really enjoying it.

I have been drinking the stability blend now for six months. It tastes and smells amazing. Never had an issue with delivery.

I love Balance Coffee! After trying many others, I always come back to Balance. Apart from the great taste just knowing how well this coffee is researched and made makes a huge difference - health is important and I feel Balance know this ❤️

I've been drinking Balance Coffee for a year now. Every time I make a Coffee, I'm delighted I found them. After a bit of 'back and forth' at the beginning, trying to refine the grind, I ended up with Rotate Espresso Cafetiere. I love the smooth texture and the great taste. But, the but I love the most is the ethics behind the coffee. I won't be ordering elsewhere anytime soon!

I’ve tried many independent and speciality coffee houses and online sites ‘at home’ offerings and have never really been blown away by anything. Balance has changed that and I’m now completely obsessed with my cafetière. The coffee from Balance is simply in a different league to anything else I’ve tried, it’s fantastic. I would implore anybody to give it a try, I don’t think you’ll look back! Customer service is decent too, can’t fault that either.
