Balance coffee has great customer service…

Balance coffee has great customer service. They were quick to allow me to return the whole beans I accidentally ordered so that I could reorder the grind I needed instead.

Once the coffee finally arrived

Once the coffee finally arrived, the quality is good and it’s true that this coffee has good flavour but is more gentle in the other effects as described by the company. The process of getting my order however was not a good one and although they sent apologetic emails And a very meagre part refund of £5.00 It did not seem particularly worrisome to them that my order took a total of nearly 3 weeks to arrive in the end.

Scam - AVOID at all costs!

I placed a one-off order in August (250g Rotate Espresso) because I wanted to try it before considering a subscription. I did not sign up for a subscription, yet the company took another payment from my account in September without my consent. This is a clear case of mis-selling and an unfair trading practice. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and will also be reporting this to Trading Standards and the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) for investigation into subscription traps.
The coffee itself was average at best, which is why I never wanted to subscribe in the first place. For a company to charge customers without permission is absolutely unacceptable.
Very dodgy, I would check your statements if you’ve ever ordered from them.

Balance coffee is as much about great customer service as it is about great quality produce. I recently got some really helpful advice re. buying a proper coffee machine to get the best from my favourite Stability Blend and elixirs. Keep up the good work guys!

I’ve used Balance Coffee a few times…

I’ve used Balance Coffee a few times now and since getting a coffee machine in January, it’s easily the best smelling and tasting coffee we’ve found. Every bag has been consistently fresh, rich, and full of flavour — it really makes a difference compared to supermarket coffee.

Delivery has always been quick and reliable too. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they’re putting out. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys great coffee at home!

Still waiting for the dark energy 1KG…

Still waiting for the dark energy 1KG bag to be delivered, it’s been a week now and it’s still MIA. That’s a huge gap between the 1-2 days promised when ordering on their website and reality. The Royal Mail courier excuse is just a massive excuse. I wouldn’t bother ordering from this company their fulfilment is rubbish.

A week since my first order and it’s…

A week since my first order and it’s not arrived, had an email saying they are monitoring the Royalmail tracking but according to the tracking RM have not received the parcel.
No reply to my 3 emails since.
Mistakes happen but it’s the lack of communication that’s frustrating.

What a lovely company

What a lovely company! It was recommended to me by a couple of friends for clean coffee. I inadvertently ordered beans rather than ground, and they have been excellent in sorting out the switch for me. So personal, and offering me a mystery gift as well. Great Customer Service

Best coffee brand

This is the first brand i have tried online. After much research balance coffee stood out to me as the flavour variety looked fantastic! It’s clean, organic and mould free coffee without the crashes! Since i switched to this brand i have compared others and the taste and quality just isn’t the same. I have a sensitive gut & this coffee doesn’t irritate it at all, I no longer feel fatigued after my morning coffee and truly enjoy it’s unique flavours! I am now a balance coffee kinda girl! Definitely found the one i trust!

Subscription I was not aware of

I ordered coffee in mid June. In mid July I received another Kilo of same that I hadn’t knowingly ordered. When I then checked my e mails I saw references to a subscription. That was first I knew about it. On Sat 17th July I rang their number. It didn’t ring. Subsequently sent at least 2 messages that disappear into the aether and leave no record.
Phoned on following Monday: Voicemail referring me to some info@ location that I couldn’t e mail.
Their communication is one way. Absolute joke and yet the feedback is generally good.
Update: Have since received several e mail apologies and the company has refunded the payment even though I did apparently order a subscription.
