Balance Coffee Reviews 

I purchased three different types of beans and the Lions Mane Elixer from Balance. Royal Mail had some delivery issues however the support in helping to resolve them by the team at Balance was excellent. The coffee is Deee-licious - I've only tried the Rotate Espresso so far and it tastes exactly as described. I normally shop around to see what is new on the market but I will be a repeat customer from these guys. Don't miss out - try them.

I love this coffee. When I finished my subscription bag early i had to go back to my old premium supermarket stuff and did not enjoy it half as much. Great beans guys ☕️

I love a cup of lions mane coffee every morning. I am so much more alert and on my A game, genuinely feel like my brain has been flossed :)
It is a quality coffee and whilst it may seem a bit pricier than your supermarket roast it is worth the money and so much cheaper than a daily shop bought coffee. Love it!

I really enjoy the coffee, but I never really realised the actual benefit of it until recently when I ran out.
The company have been great to deal with Via email and fast to respond, easy to make changes to my subscription.
Looking forward to never running out again!

I can definitely recommend this company and the products I have tried so far. The coffee tastes clean, not bitter at all, and well-balanced. It is important that they test it for mold, heavy metals and other contaminants which are present in so many other brands. Delicious--a true pleasure!

When we experienced a recent delay in receiving our shipment from Royal Mail, Balance Coffee made things right by sending an overnight replacement order. They were professional, apologetic and responsive. Excellent customer service + fabulous coffee = Loyal repeat customers!

Absolutely love Balance have been drinking the Mushroom coffee now for as long as they have been producing it. I can honestly say it has literally changed my brain function.. At 54 I've never been sharper, if only this had been available during my younger years. The taste is incredible and with this stuff there is no spike and no low after. I love quality stuff and this is exactly what you get an ethical quality business and products, fast delivery and great service.

The coffee and elixirs are excellent, and I always get really personal feeling service.

Be really careful with this company. I ordered 3×1kg coffee and I received only 2kg. I am trying to get in contact with them for tree days ,but not a luck. I will not recommend to my friends. I still haven't try the coffee ,but costumer service is awful. You can't get in touch with real person only AI.

I’ve tried quite a few ethical/chemical free coffees for espresso and I’m really liking Balance flavour. Got off to a rocky start with problems with my espresso machine but Balance adjusted the grind and sent me another packet free of charge!! Great customer service. Great coffee. Great company.

I cannot fault the customer service I have received from the Balance coffee team.
My order arrived and unfortunately the coffee had spilt out during the delivery.
I was very much looking forward to trying the coffee and asked if there was a chance of a replacement.
They responded very quickly and they were apologetic. They offered a new pack and also a bonus to go with it!
I highly recommend Balance Coffee, not just for the coffee but for the friendly and helpful team 👌🏼 it was a nice change to have such great customer service.

Really unusual and intriguing range of coffees - I was looking for a special gift for someone who pretty much has everything they need or the ability to buy it. However I know they enjoy both an espresso after dinner and a noisette in the morning but are unlikely to try a coffee brand outside of their normal choices, so Balance was ideal.

Balance coffee tastes amazing, I have tried various ones and they are all delicious.
Customer service is fantastic, I had an issue with the grind as it wouldn't work in my espresso machine. I contacted customer service and they offered and advice and sent me out a free bag of coffee to try that was a different grind and it works great in my machine. I highly recommend Balance coffee.

Was very unimpressed. I purchased a few packs as a Christmas present. I did not subscribe yet received more in the post and had the money removed from my bank account not once but twice and that was after I contacted to ask them not to send more which I was told would not happen. I have asked yet again for them to cease sending coffee , got same reply as before so it will be interesting to see if they actually have listened this time.🤬

Excellent coffee - the smoothest strong coffee I've tasted. And following a recent problem (self-inflicted) with my subscription, great customer service, too.
