OMG, the best service ever! Pick and drop off on time. Paid special attention to stains. Great communication during the whole process and very professional. The finished product and smell were divine with very competitive prices. Highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with Bali Laundry! The service was smooth and communication was very good. My clothes were returned within 24 hours, neatly folded, cleaned thoroughly, and smelling wonderfully fresh. I’m very happy with the quality and efficiency — highly recommended!

BaliLaundry were super easy to deal with. Very responsive on whatsapp and I felt were well respected by our hotel concierge as well. Clothes came back smelling beautiful and beautifully ironed as well.

Better than expected
A simple WhatsApp message and very clear instructions made the whole experience seemless
From pick up to delivery in less than 6 hours I was kept informed.
The result was better than I expected and the clothes were pressed ready to put away.

This was so easy
This was so easy - contact Bali Laundry using WhatsApp, tell them where we are staying, leave our laundry at reception with our room number, get confirmation it has been picked up, then confirmation it had arrived at the laundry. Some photos to show some stained items, then asked to leave payment in an envelope with our room number. Next morning it was left back at reception and payment collected. Fantastic service, we now have clean and well ironed clothes. As we were under 3kg, we paid 105,000 idr which we felt was good value.

Great communication. Easy to arrange for pick up/drop off.
Unfortunately, our clothes came back with stains still on them, discolouration and whites were ruined.
I wouldn’t use this service again.

The driver collected taking photos and then we had photos confirming weight and any stains plus price, all very simple but helpful.
