I used Bali Laundry on multiple occasions from different cities during my stay in Bali. I have to say, possibly the best service ever. Easy communication, reliable, and our clothes came back in amazing condition. Wish i could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

Hi team, I just wanted to express my positive experience and to provide feedback! Such a great service and I want to highly recommend your business to everyone else who might be visiting Bali! My hotel tried to charge me Rp 1,400,000.00 for normal cleaning and Bali Laundry did it for me for Rp 285,000.00 same day service, pick up & delivered, ironed, pressed and laundered! Outstanding! 10/10 highly recommended to all. Such a happy customer who is flying home to NZ tomorrow with a suitcase filled with clean clothes! Woohoo! Thank-you, Chey K (New Zealand)

They even toll us about about a stein they might not be able to get out. Sent pictures as well 😊

Amazing service
Amazing service. At the onset, It was very reasonably priced. Their pickup and delivery instructions were concise, their WhatsApp communications excellent. It's far and away the best laundry service I've ever used while traveling.

Super fast service. Great communication and honest with items that they cannot remove stains from. Love that they sent photos and the whole process what super easy. $23 AUD for 4.6kg which is quite a bit of clothing. Thank you thank you
