Communication was excellent; pick up and delivery excellent and convenient. Prices were straightforward and reasonable and most of all the laundry was clean and well folded.

⚠️ Warning to anyone considering Bali Laundry ⚠️

The CCTV footage clearly shows the new stains after the wash. However, they chose to remain silent and did not respond to my message. Additionally, their comments proved how little attention they pay to customers, and I believe I have emphasised enough that I do not want them touching my clothes again. A second wash is not acceptable.

If you don’t mind the following, then by all means use this business:

- Your clothes may come back unclean and stained
- You may not have enough usable clothes for your trip
- You’ll end up rewashing everything at home
- You’ll waste precious holiday time arguing with them
- Your trip could be ruined by stress and frustration
- You’ll pay a premium price for a terrible service (cheaper local laundries exist — I only chose this one because of online reviews)
- And after all the arguing, you’ll still lose your money
- You’ll be forced to accept a “second wash” from a company you no longer trust

What happened to me:

This business completely ruined part of my holiday.

They returned my clothes with disgusting black and green stains on two of my kids’ bath towels. One of these towels was nearly new — I know for certain there were no stains before. Because of this, I don’t even trust the rest of the clothes are properly clean.

I was only in Bali for 6 days, yet instead of enjoying time with my family, I had to waste hours arguing with them. Their only response? Repeating again and again that they could “offer a second wash.” Once you leave greasy stains on a child’s towel, no customer would ever want you touching their clothes again.

They send you a link for the “before wash” photos of clothes with stains, yet they had no such photos for my kids’ towels. That alone proves the stains were new. Then, they even sent me two videos:

1) The first shows my clothes being dumped out of bags onto a dirty floor before washing.
2) The second shows “washed” clothes taken from a laundry basket onto an ironing table.

Neither video proves their machines are clean or showing the entire working process. In fact, they confirm my complaint — their staff checked the towels before the wash without taking a photo (meaning no stains existed), and the second video actually shows stains on a towel after washing.

Despite all this, they still refused to refund.

I’m writing this long review to warn others — don’t let the same thing happen to you. I am writing this review while I am doing the "2nd wash" at home after the trip. Their service is careless, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy.

It's very convenient to have your laundry picked up and delivered. Bali laundry was very easy to work with and helpful.

We were really impressed with the service, communication and timeframe in which our laundry was done. We are staying at a hotel in Sanur Bali and the laundry was picked up and brought back to us door to door, all washed and folded. The WhatsApp messages kept us updated all the way. Thank you Bali Laundry!!

Where do I start?! Visiting Bali from US and hated my rental since I pulled back sheets and found hair and dust etc and I was so disgusted that the host here didn’t bother to clean linens after the last guest!! Bali laundry saved the DAY! These sheets look like pure white now and are so clean!!! I can sleep well tonight!!! And the level of care that was given from the person that handled our order is simply put ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! Cheers to knowing that customer service isn’t dead!! The fold on our clothes is top notch! Visiting guests Listen Up: you can trust this co with your most precious clothes….. oh and did I mention that they did EXPRESS SAME DAY PICKUP AND DELIVERY TOO!!! Come onnnnnnn!!! Blessings to you and the handler!!

These guys were very accommodating and efficient! Picked up at midday, and due to my time constraints, they made sure it was cleaned and returned in a timely manner, less than 6 hours later.

I definitely recommend if you are visiting here and need laundry service done! Picked up from my front door, and returned! They even did a great job a removing some stains! Thanks again!

They are so easy to work with. Pickup was easy to schedule. All you need to do is go leave them with the hotel reception and choose the service you want. Communication was like a breeze. Very satisfied! I highly recommend this service.

Amazing fast service emailed in the morning collected at 8.30 dropped back to resort by 3pm. Clothes smell amazing and stains on clothes from messy 2 year old removed.
