Ida who was our representative at Bali Villa Escapes kept us up to date with our booking and was very quick to answer any questions that we had. She was a joy to work with. We are so pleased that overall you have a great time here. Excellent villa with excellent location located close to several restaurant and bars, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, she makes our trip more interesting with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops,restaurants bars and tourist attractions which are within reasonable distance. Would definitely recommend this villa to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Many thanks to all the staffs again for their great hospitality and cordial approach. Only thing i would like to add is to put a clock in the dining space so that we guests are aware of the local time.

Had a few difficulties with emails back and forth but got it all sorted out in the end. The chat now was a great option and proved very useful.

Stayed in Bali Cantik, We could have been given more information by Bali Villa escapes prior to booking on local area.
Villa 3 Bedroom Modern and great pool would state very family friendly, housekeeper nice, met our expectations.
It is a little further away than thought and we had to walk about 1.5km each night to go to dinner places around 15 mins.
If Dinner later having young kids usually there asleep after lots of pool time and sun and have to carry them back as not many taxi's around later and there usually the dodgy ones.
If lots of rain there can be flooding in the area, it rained hard all night only one night, however we were lucky came up to 1st step only, other Villa's lower were flooded out and had to move, so warning in wet season something we should have known about?

My daughters and I had a wonderful experience staying in our amazing villa in Bali. Everything was made so easy right from my initial enquiry until the holiday was over. Communication with a Sydney-based representative was reassuring, especially as it was my first time travelling as a single Mum overseas with my 4 daughters. On arrival in Bali we had an airport transfer arranged by the villa staff and then once we were in the villa we were greeted by more staff who explained so much about Bali including what to do, places to visit, dining, shopping and more.

The Villa Kyah was honestly the most exclusive property. It was such a tranquil home in a quiet location. It was nothing short of 5 star!

All was very easy & the Villa was great!!!

Our group were over the moon with our Villa. It was exactly like was advertised on the Website.

ALL of the staff were beyond helpful. From organising an Emergency Dentist appointment for one of the Girls to arranging McDonalds at 1am for us after a big night out and Pizza Hut for a casual lazy day lunch at the Villa.

And OMG our individually cooked Breakfasts were amazing.

The Villa was located in a great spot and very handy to all things around us.

Would definitely stay again. 👍🏻👏🏻
