I got a dog walking balloon for a friend's 65th present - it went down a storm and had everyone laughing! She always wanted a dog!
Great little company - quick to answer any questions (size of balloons etc) and balloon delivered in perfect condition on my chosen day at no extra cost.

Ordered personalised ballon plus 2 extra for 3 yr old grandson birthday party order was incorrect when arrived
Was offered £6 refund which is not the point the item was not what I ordered won’t be ordering again

Nice website, easy to find what I was looking for and my balloons arrived exactly when they said they would.

Ordered a balloon package to be delivered today. I can’t tell you about the balloons but I will say when buying be prepared for them not to take ownership of deliveries, if you have any issues you get a standard response and not at all genuine. They will happily take your money and wash there hands of any delivery issues. My advice don’t bother ticking the box stating deliver to neighbour if out, there 3rd party delivery company ignore it anyway and will leave it out in an unsecured area. Thankfully item was received later that day, and had not been stolen.

Amazing company! Will definitely be using again. Yesterday I ordered some helium filled number balloons for my daughter’s 13th birthday. They arrived this morning and are exactly what I was looking for! Tracking was spot on and the balloons look stunning! Highly recommend, thank you so much!

So what is stopping anybody who buys a helium balloon from letting go of it !!!!!! That means it’s launched into the sky 😂😂should you be selling helium balloons in that place ?😂 Because I’m going to find out Chloe response is below ps I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous in the whole of my life. When you questioned if the balloons were helium filled because you intended to launch the balloon, 😂😂we explained our policy and the reasons behind it, hoping to provide insight into the environmental impact of balloon releases. Our goal was to offer alternative ways to enjoy your balloons in an environmentally friendly manner.
You gave , an explanation. Too late for to either chsnge or to Non-helium balloon or get another alternative company he sent a non-helium balloon or get another alternative company he sent an email which I didn’t spot until was far too late in the day why didn’t you call me and explain and offer an alternative then ?? You just cancelled my order. Sent email and refund no considerations for my feelings what so ever !!!! !! I look forward to you going bankrupt as a company and out of job serves you all right You upset me greatly and here she is trying to justify the refund but not thinking about the effect of cancelling an order had on my mental health when I’d ordered with Them many times before must of been covering backs as I dared too ask 😂 I repeat you are a Disgrace and I repeat you may well put a little card in your box but if somebody is holding a Helium balloon and accidentally let’s go what’s stopping them😂..

I would like to say I found this company extremely efficient, I made a mistake and sent them an email and I received an email back confirming they had made the changes and it would be no problem to correct it, almost immediately.

I'm so pleased to find a fabulous balloon Co. after being let down by another company. The arrangement that was delivered for a new baby was slightly different than ordered but absolutely stunning. Recipients were so happy as am I. Delivered on time. Their cat was also suitably impressed with the box the balloons came in. 😀 Very very happy and will use again. I'm telling everyone how great Balloon Monkey are!

Ordered 60th birthday balloons for my wife, when I placed order the company provided excellent service and delivered on date agreed.
Balloons were excellent and exceeded my expectations, would recommend this company to anyone.....first class.

Excellent! Balloon was was a double really pretty came with small packet of sweets & confetti. Well packaged delivered by courier. It’s still up 8 days after delivery so really pleased.

The company went out of their way to personally deliver the balloons for our conference after a DPD driver decided to do a drive by photo and suggest nobody was available to take delivery at a hotel. Chloe was an absolute star for ensuring we received these and I have to say the tables looked great with these on.

On the 27/04/24 my girlfriends received a 50th birthday gift of 3 balloons of which 1 was deflated.
I complained and was ignored until I gave them a 1* rating. They then apologised but were also upset that they got such a poor review.
They promised me a full refund.
Nearly two weeks on from the promise of a refund….. Nothing!

Exceptional customer service. Had a issue with one of the balloons. It was rectified with speed. much appreciated. will definitely use again.very impressed.
