Appalling company, ballon’s didn’t arrive when promised. 40th birthday let down!’ They never answer the phone! The service is quite simply shocking!!! Avoid at all cost!

Parcel been in depot since 5am and no attempt to deliver!

The balloons are really fun and make an excellent gift. Unfortunately, not long after arrival my little one accidentally popped the balloon. I contacted customer services and they sent another balloon, free of charge. My little one was over the moon. Thanks so much again x

I'm never usually one to leave a bad review but the Quality of these balloons from this company are absolutely shocking and for the price you expect a high quality baloon. First time using this company for a helium birthday balloon, I've purchased balloons god knows how many times from other companies over the years and I've never ever had a problem were the balloons turn up deflated and saggy. I've always had balloons that stay pumped for over a month before they even start to go saggy but you can tell even the quality is very bad. I'd definitely avoid if your wanting a decent balloon.

Good prompt service, arrived exactly when scheduled. Kept up to date with delivery and order progress, would definitely recommend as faultless service from start to delivery

Extremely happy with Balloon Monekys service! I live in Australia and my partners in the uk so did this for his birthday as a surprise. Balloons came on time and looked perfect! Plus they are still up 5 days later 😄

The balloon was ordered on Friday afternoon and still arrived, with my nephews age and name on it, by the Sunday morning, the day of his 18th Birthday. I thought it was great value given such an excellent service, inclkuding Sunday delivery.

Had a delivery today for mother’s day and box was thrown over the fence by DPD driver and personalised balloon already going down, biggest problem I have is nobody is answering phone and e mail is an automated response…very disappointed

First of all, I have ordered from Balloon Monkey many times and always had excellent service and great balloons but this time they outdid themselves! I ordered a bunch of five balloons for my birthday as a present from my elderly father. They arrived on the day requested, jan 5th, in time for my birthday the next day. They have lasted until today March 4th and have only gone in the bin today as we decided enough was enough and gave up with the “Let’s see how long these balloons last game!” They still had plenty of life left in them. Great selection of balloons. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Balloon Monkey!

I was looking for new home helium balloons to send to my friend on their moving in day and these guys were the only company that did them (other than card factory but their delivery wasn't quick enough for when I needed it and besides these designs were better) They did a quick, clear delivery with photo evidence to confirm it was there and my friend absolutely loved them!
