I was recommended this company having had bad experiences elsewhere!! I have used a couple of times up to present time, and I cannot recommend enough.Excellent product (really beautiful) looked exactly as sold. Well packaged for transit, speedy transit. A team that have OUTSTANDING customer service skills. I had cause to make amendments to my order and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their pricing is really good (I used pay more with other), and I will be recommending them myself to EVERYONE.

I was a bit nervous as this was the first time I had ordered from this company but it was all fine. The website was easy to use. I ordered a balloon with his name on it to be sent to my grandson for his 1st birthday, and paid extra for it to be delivered before 1pm. The birthday was a Sunday and this was not a problem - they deliver on Sundays. The balloon arrived about 11am and I heard that baby and family were very pleased with it. I had received a text and an email updating me about delivery. I would definitely recommend this efficient company.

AVOID!!! UNRELIABLE AND UNCONTACTABLE!!! This is the the second year running that this company has let me down badly. Last year, I ordered balloons for my daughter’s 21st birthday, and they failed to manifest on the day that was scheduled for delivery. My daughter is profoundly disabled with a learning disability and balloons are a very focal part of her celebrations.

Since the company tried to rectify this mistake via a gift voucher, I gave them benefit of the doubt and ordered again for this year. Once again, I am astounded and upset that my daughter’s balloons have failed to arrive on the scheduled date, ruining another birthday.

I am appalled that they can get away with this.. I have tried phoning and emailing them, and they ignore you . Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I will be formally complaining about this company. DO NOT USE!!!

I used this company for balloon for my nephews birthday. They arrived a day late. However this company gave me a full refund as a sorry for the inconvenience. They did not have to do this as I did get the balloons even if it was late. Would use them again not to get free balloons but because they aim to give the best service and are very honest.

This was my second order with Balloon Monkey. I ordered some Christmas balloons to be delivered to my parents today, Christmas Eve. I was a little apprehensive, as so close to Christmas deliveries can be delayed. However DPD were bang on time. The balloons themselves were exactly as described. Really festive and fun. Can recommend this company and I will definitely use them again in the future

I had issues with my initial order, and after then reading a few negative reviews was disheartened with the Company. When I tried calling, I was also unable to get through to anyone - wasn't helping the situation. As this was for my daughters 21st Birthday, I didn't want anything to go wrong with the delivery / surprise. After being unable to find another package elsewhere, especially with the personalised items - I bit the bullet, and placed the order, keeping everything crossed. Well I need not have worried, as the delivery came on the day - promptly with DPD! My daughter was very pleased with them, and suitably embarrassed being as they were delivered to her at work. Thank you Balloon Monkey, I most definitely will order again - as and when an occasion comes round.

The ordering process on the website was easy to follow and manage the purchase. The balloon arrived on time and my grandson was over the moon with the ballooon and chocolates. He is very poorly and I hoped that the balloon would make him smile, it did!

This is the second time I have used this company and I'm still thrilled to bits with the service! Any queries I had before my order were answered promptly, the balloons were delivered to my holiday parks nice and early, which means the staff were able to set them up for us which was lovely when we got to our lodge. The balloons are accurate and as described (we had numbers and pet air walkers) and they are pretty much still fully inflated at the end of the week. I love this company, I will definitely be using them again and I will be recommending yo all my friends :)

Service was brilliant, I had a small problem with my order but it was resolved very quickly with the staff and they were proactive in getting in touch and keeping me updated.

Balloon monkey have a great variety .This is the 2nd time I have used them. They communication when my order was sent and delivered was outstanding.

Really blooming excellent. After years of driving and stuffing helium balloons in cars for my kids birthday this was SO EASY! Plus they use DPD which is worth 5 stars in and of itself. Really good, value for money and excellently done.

I have used Balloon Monkey on several occasions and they have never let me down. Delivered what was asked for and when required.
My recent order was for a delivery to a hospital as a friend was recovering from a operation. Suddenly my friend was being discharged 2 days earlier than expected. I emailed Balloon Monkey immediately (not really expecting them to be able to help) and they were able to redirect the balloons just before they were on their way. We had some birthday balloons delivered on 02/09/23 to our holiday B&B in Salcombe. The order process was easy to follow and the balloons arrived in good time. They looked fantastic. The date is now 10/10/23 and the balloons have only just started deflating! I am so impressed with this company. Thank you. I just wanted to send a quick message to say thanks and how well the balloons I purchased recently lasted, the large 50 stayed 'up' for nearly 4 weeks, the group of balloons is still going from the 5th of August, now mid September !!

These are not the lowest cost but lasting this long was awesome and made the recipient very happy.
