I can’t fault the delivery timings at all but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with how the balloon looked. A more accurate colour guide would help as the colours I picked look nothing like the colours I was hoping for, resulting in a horrible looking balloon(s). Does not look good for the price.

I booked for a personalised balloon for my parents 60th wedding anniversary party. I chose my date, it arrived a day late so of no use.

The balloon is quite a let down. I ordered rose gold writing, I got a metallic multi colour. The balloon is very small, nothing like the photos.

Customer service is slow and rude. I have said I will contact my bank as this is unacceptable.
Their reply....
'Thank you for letting me know your intentions. We will defend any action you may take and recover any costs incurred by all means necessary.

You have had the product made especially for you, which is likely to look great for weeks when cared for properly, so it needs to be paid for'

They refuse to help and state even though you choose a date it can arrive 4 days after. Not much use if you have an event planned.

Seriously, don't bother with this company.

Ordered a balloon on Tuesday. Needed it for Thursday and arrived on time. Over the moon with it. Never thought i could get so excited about a balloon, it's fabulous. 10 out of 10 from ordering ,keeping you informed,receiving it. Credit where credits due. Thankyou so much. Linda Strachan x

Ordered a ballon for my husband’s 60th and then read the reviews and panicked!
So I emailed the company about my concerns on quality after reading the reviews
It is expensive but I got my balloon the next day and 25 days later it’s still like new!

1 star for fast delivery - 0 stars for the actual balloon if you can call it that nothing like the picture tiny writing can’t even see it! The price is scandalous for what you get nearly £50 I paid I should of read reviews first!!!

Absolutely disgusting, the balloon would not stand up it was embarrassing. Ordered it for my mother's 97th birthday! I told her to throw it in the bin after I saw a photo of it. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I was absolutely shafted.

Never ever will I order from this company again , customer service took a week to reply. So unhelpful and last Email was quite uncalled for. Reporting them to trading standards. Seeing the last few reviews wish I’d never even ordered from them in the first place.

I can't not write this down. I ordered online, but found the information regarding delivery ambiguous so I emailed to enquire. The reply was prompt, I'll give them that, but defensive and still equivocal. I responded to that only to hear back shortly after that they'd cancelled my order. I tried calling and emailing to reinstate the order and even pay extra for guaranteed delivery, but no reply. And when I tried to log in I was unable to, so I guess they cancelled my account as well. Doubtless they will reply to this with some defensive comments but sheesh the customer service is not good.

This balloon arrived and would not stand up! There was also very little confetti in the balloon. I complained and requested a refund but was refused as I did not report this on the day of delivery. Sub standard product for the price. Stay clear!! Shocking customer service!

Really disappointed with the balloon that I recently ordered for a baby shower. I ordered the large size and the writing on the balloon was so small and underwhelming. The quality of the product for the price is very poor.

Decided to buy a birthday balloon for my wife's 50th birthday and after doing some online research decided that I would use this company. The pricing was competitive and they offered a good choice of balloons which were all customisable in various ways.

There were a few delivery options at checkout and I chose the free delivery option. Unfortunately when I came back to check out the following day, it seems that I missed the order cut off time for that particular shipping option so then had to choose the 24hr delivery option.

The balloon did arrive on time and my wife was very happy with the surprise gift.

All in all, a great experience and I would be happy to use them again.

This was my second order with this company and I can not fault them. Ordered a large bubble balloon for my daughter's birthday which arrived on time, even though it was close to Christmas. Arrived well packaged and exactly as ordered.

We have ordered balloons for our granddaughter 4 days before her birthday.
Balloons did not arrive today for the birthday as planned .
We waited all day .
We felt so embarrassed.
The worst experience ever from a such an online store.
I sent an email and their automated response says that they will reply in 2 days when the birthday party will be over.
They offer free delivery and next day delivery but you need to pay extra if you really like your balloons to arrive on time, and extra if you like in the morning.
They asking you to put a date when you like them to be delivered but this date really doesn’t matter , because they still deliver whenever they can unless you pay extra .
Please note that my order was placed 4 days before the actual birthday date , which gives them enough time to manage the order and delivery.
They replied to me saying that I shouldn’t place the order the last moment .
They are replying to emails just like that without checking before.
This business doesn’t fit for purpose.

hi can anyone tell me my balloon supposed to arrive today it got dispatched yesterday but ive recieved no tracking number does anyone know who they use for delivery thanks

My daughter was the recipient of a "confetti balloon" and I have to say, it was underwhelming! The confetti wasn't printed onto the ballon, it was like heavy metallic sequins and had no intention of doing anything other than sit at the bottom underneath the internal balloons. We didn't even realise it was there until the sender asked what it was like! The instructions to rub the outside worked for about 5 minutes, we even gave the balloon a good shake in the hope that extra static would make it cling to the sides but no, it just flumped back to the botton. There was no tag attached to the balloon to say who it was from, just a delivery note with the senders order information. Had this company replied to the senders complaint they may have received at least 2 stars. As a basic personalised balloon it passes, but don't expect to be wowed!

Well the balloon arrived on the date requested. It did say OPEN IMMEDIATELY which I didn’t want to do as it was being transported to another venue. The box is well sellotaped but the message said Do Not Cut Open. Pretty hard not to.
We opened it at the venue and the big balloon was ok though absolutely looks bigger in the picture but the small balloons inside the larger one were just that, small and pretty weedy looking, making it look cheap, which for around £34/5 it isn’t.
Finally the Company’s email, NOT the delivery instructions, went into junk so I didn’t read it for over 24 hours after delivery BUT, its message is disingenuous and to me officious.
Any damage has to be reported within 2 hours or they won’t do anything about it. I understand the premise but it’s an unpleasant way for a business to react. I do not think those T&C’s reasonable.
I’ve read through some of the reviews and it seems they do not reply to the 1 star reviews when the customer has a genuine grievance.
I won’t be a 2nd time customer.

Ordered a balloon for my daughter’s prom, arrived on the date I requested, well packaged and colours I asked for. Prom was 4 weeks ago and the balloon is still up 😆 Great service

As many comments, ordered baby shower balloon for my daughter, email received saying delivery was expected today but nothing was received, on contacting the company I got told it wasn’t guaranteed and next try would be Monday, unfortunately the baby shower is tomorrow, their lack of compassion is APPALLING, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

I ordered a balloon for my daughters 21st Birthday to be delivered at her university address as she wasn’t able to come home in the day. I received an email on the morning from DHL giving a 1 hour time slot - 10.30-11.30am when DHL would deliver so I checked she’d definitely be home. She waited in until 2pm and still no delivery. DHL tracking offered no more information other than ‘sorry your delivery has been delayed’. At 2pm she went out for a birthday lunch and delivery came at 2.30pm. No-one home so delivery wasn’t made. They tried again the next day and no-one was home again so went away again. I emailed Balloons by Celebrations to say how disappointed I was that this had not been delivered at the time stated and just received an obviously copied and pasted response stating terms and conditions and advising me that she could go and collect said balloon herself from the DHL warehouse. Of course, the surprise had been ruined on the day when I had to make sure she would stay in for the delivery but to make her go and collect it three days after her birthday? I was going to order from this company again for a bigger event but I’m afraid their lack of customer service has made me look at other balloon companies instead.
