Would give negative stars if I could, balloons arrived promptly but were not what I ordered, they say I chose for them to choose colours but I ordered specific colours, there is no way of checking an order once placed and I didn’t screen shot as I often do so they are saying it’s totally my fault and I can’t confirm. Waste of £34 will not use site again or recommend to others. I still stand by review in spite of their comments

No communication and deflated balloon
Ordered a balloon and when it was delivered, the balloon was deflated and could not float on its own accord. Ordered on the Wednesday and delivered on the Friday so no reason to be deflated whatsoever. Have emailed twice, filled in the contact form and no response. Have tried ringing the phone number and no response, the phone number is actually listed incorrectly on the website as well. Need someone to get back to me to refund the money for a product which was faulty.

Don't bother with this company
Appalling customer service and yet they say they are passionate about their customers! I paid for guaranteed delivery but the balloons were delivered early, spoiling the surprise. Three emails sent yet they don't have the decency to reply or refund the extra I paid for a service I did not get. Avoid!

Very poor. Never received an invoice to confirm details, i made a typing error which meant parcel went to wrong address. If I had received an invoice then I would have seen the error. When ever I buy any goods I always get an invoice, NOT THIS COMPANY.
