Late and slightly disappointing
Ordered a week in advance but didn't arrive in time for my son's party. Not sure where the problem was, it said it was dispatched in time so it must have been a courier problem. The balloon itself was ok (I was expecting it to be seen through with confetti loose but it was just a solid picture). Maybe the picture on the website was misleading. My son liked it and also the extra confetti in the box and the chocolate.

I used Balloons by Post for a display of 5 balloons for an 80th birthday.
The purchase process was easy, the balloons were delivered in time, arriving in a huge box which led to some excited confusion. After opening carefully, the balloons drifted up into a perfect display. The recipient liked them better than flowers as they didn’t require finding vases and arranging etc. They lasted really well and a final surprise was to find that the weight used to hold the arrangement in place contained chocolates.
Excellent service. Excellent product.

Brilliant Service
This is the third time I have ordered from them and the service is really good. They even have Vegan chocolate which was an added bonus. Delivered when they said.

Ordered on 25 May to arrive 29 May even though I paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Recipient STILL hasn’t received it. Update- the company has been in contact and are going to refund my money. I very much appreciate this. Seemingly my order went to the wrong place.

Balloons by post were wonderful and redelivered a ballon when I’d inadvertently given them an old address for my niece. She was thrilled with her 40th balloon.. as were other recipients. I’ve sent several balloons now and all have arrived on the specified date and been of great quality..

I ordered a balloon for my Granddaughters 4th birthday, the 'Snake/4' she was delighted with it - it was really well packaged, arrived on time and beautifully blown up, it lasted really well - the correspondence was also excellent - couldn't recommend them more, even during COVID. Brilliant!
