The contact with Customer Service
The contact with Customer Service, in my case Fahad, was very good. My query was answered speedily and with the minimum of fuss. My only criticism was related to the initial placing of the order which I assumed was from a UK address. It turns out the product was being delivered from China. That contributed to an extended wait for the item and a bit more red tape when returning it. If I had maybe read the fine print I'd have been forewarned. However, based solely on their subsequent service, I am happy to recommend.
Absolutely shocking experience with product and EVRI
Took ages for the cholesterol testing kit to arrive. Only to find out about 2 weeks later that the parcel had been delivered by EVRI! Who had thrown it over the back gate, no paperwork left to say it had been delivered, no tracking details available. Then the machine didn't work - whether it was because it had been left out in the rain for days on end or not. Can't return for a refund so just thrown £47.00 away on something that is going in the bin! Please do not use EVRI as they are a shameful company and I have had so many issues with them that I am not ordering anything online that uses them!!! Disgusting customer 'SERVICE'.
Customer Service is Superb
At my own fault I ordered a gift that I learned the next day the recipient already had. I quickly emailed Balma Home to cancel the order. Fahad in customer service was prompt to reply and consistent in updating me in the progress of cancellation. He was most helpful and informative. Because of him I have no doubts to but from this company again.

My order arrived later than expected and sadly the item was not what I thought it was. I contacted the customer service team and was put in touch with Fahad. I was advised to send the item back and they would check for any damages before proceeding with the return. It took some time for the item to be returned, but I had exceptional customer service from Fahad keeping me up to date with how everything was going and, in the end, a fantastic result I received a full refund.

Baby gift
I ordered a baby gift and it was running later than I had hoped. It didn't appear that it was going to make it to me before I had to travel 7 hours to where the shower was being held. Fahad tracked my order down and someway it showed up 6 days earlier than the most recent tracking information had projected. I love the stuffed animal...it's so plush and all stitched so no parts that could come off easily and be a choking hazard. It worked out beautifully and Fahad was kind, compassionate, responsive, and professional. Thank you

Fahad at Balmahome was a lifesaver. I ordered a baby gift and after a bit I realized that I wrote my shipping address incorrectly. I immediately messages customer service and was promptly answered by Fahad from customer service who immediately assisted in correcting my address and continued to update me with my package to reassure me that I was a priority. I was a bit panicked and emailed him like a crazy person. HE was so sweet, kind and professional, calming me and saw to it that I was 100 percent satisfied. My package arrived at my correct address in pleny of time. The shower is this coming sunday and I have a fabulous gift due to Fahad's efforts. I made 2 purchases with Balmahome for my 2 great nephews for Easter, an Elephant pillow and a green dinosaur toy. My great nephew loves his dinosaur and sleeps with every night. They received the items within 21 days which I was told The items were in perfect shape. I had absolutely no issues with the company, shipping or products. I will order from the company again but I will allow the time needed in advance for gifts etc.

I purchased a product for Rosacea. I was advised there could be a short delay in delivery. After 10 days I contacted customer service to ask when I could expect delivery. I got an immediate response from Fahad in customer service who explained the shipment was definitely in progress. A few days later the product arrived. However there were only instructions in Chinese so I contacted Fahad again saying this was irresponsible but got an immediate and apologetic email back with full instructions in English and will now start to use the product and await the result. I do believe this company is trying to get more organised and therefore should be given the chance to do so. If the product helps then it will be a good result and future customers can expect a better service for a good product.

This is a pure and tatal scam. The website stated there are car umbrella to prevent sunshine for a car with cover cloth and skeleton. The price they listed is double of most other price claiming the similar products. I placed an order while received only a cover.
The customer service refund only half of the price after nealy a month of chasing.
Life saver
I purchased the Apnea Tongue Stabilizing Device and I truly believe this thing saved my life! I have the apnea where your body just stops breathing and I had several very scary nights prior to getting the tongue stabilizing device. It was a wonderful find that helped me survive until I got my CPAP machine. Very happy with this purchase to say the least!
Outstanding customer service…
I received outstanding customer service yesterday when I needed to cancel an order due to my own silly mistake (I wanted to buy a soccer goal but ordered just a replacement net). Fahad from the Customer Service team was fantastic. His emails were polite, informative and he kept me up to date with how my request was progressing. I'd go so far as to say it was the nicest response I've received from a customer service representative. Keep up the great work!
