More than a week after I made a purchase I still did not get a shipping confirmation. They made me pay for shipping so I was pissed that it was taking so long. When I checked the order status online it just says “order not recognized, check again at a a later time”. Their contact phone doesn’t work so I sent an email to customer support. On the 2nd week I finally get a shipping tracking number. When my order arrived later I opened and tried it right away. The product I received was low quality and had a bad chemical smell that made me want to throw up. It also did not fit me well. The instructions on the leaflet said I can return within 7 days with no questions asked so I emailed the seller about returning it. No response. I emailed again and this time somebody answered, however they gave me a hard time. They wanted a detailed explanation with pictures of why the product failed. I told them I thought I can “Return within 7 days with no questions asked” and now why do I have to do this? They said that is their policy and they will only replace with another item since the first one is defective. I told them I don’t want a replacement of the same item. The first one was not defective, it just does not fit me. They said If I wanted a refund they can only give me 30% of the amount or they can give a gift card equal to the purchase price to buy another product from their catalog.
So they want me to shop from them again and pay for another shipping? At this point I did not want to deal with this seller any longer. I told them they can send me a gift card if they want but their return policy is a bunch of crap. I told them that they are high on the list of worst sellers and I truly hope they get what they deserve!

Do not order from this website I bought an item arrived poorly packaged and not working tried to get a refund through PayPal who were useless, Balma get fobbing me off then said return the item at my cost to Buenos Aires for a refund, order was 27.96 was not worth returning I have lost this, They accept returns at your own cost buyers beware, do not order from them

I ordered a clock on an automotive stand that I intended to use as a trophy for a car show. They sent me something close but not what I ordered. They were unwilling to either refund my money or send me the correct product. It's too bad they give online ordering a very bad name and reputation.

Ordered R/C car for son’s Christmas present. Came in flimsy damaged box, looks really unprofessional. Son opened car “Great” only to find the battery had been removed from the car so it was utterly useless! Emailed Balahome with no response! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

If this is Balma Llc . They’re are not a proper company . I bought a remote control grlicopter for my grandson for Christmas. It was ordered on 2 nd December . I’ve tried contacting the company , but the email address is fake . Pay Pal raised a dispute over a week ago , but the company are not replying . I want my money back NOW , so I can get a helicopter from a reputable company. It cost me £64 81 . Please do not trust this company they are scammers

Impossible to reach anyone despite numerous attempts. I definitely do not recommend doing business with them.

I purchased a smart watch. It seemed to work well but was made very cheaply. The place where the pin for the band sits broke after wearing it less than 2 months. I reached out to Balmahome and after 30 days you are out of luck. BEWARE!

I purchased 3 sets of gloves. the gloves arrived defective with globs of glue stuck to them and lose threading and seems falling apart. the company refused a refunding stating their store police was to only provide store credit. I would not buy from them again.

I purchased a product that didn't fit the description on the product details web page. I contacted the company, and I was giving 2 options to resolve the matter. I selected the second option. I am very pleased with the handling of the matter.

Complete scam they can deliver a mouth guard i ordered paid for. this company is junk.

SCAM SCAM SCAM WARING I really wish I’d read the reviews before using this company. It’s not UK based and the send defective items then ask you to pay for the return and take the original p&p off the bill so you loose out twice. These scammers are in Argentina. Do not use them

Beginning in February I bought a baby Elephant Plush. I bought it as a birthday present. When it arrived, I found it was extremely beautiful! I mean, it was very well-filled, the gray color I chose made it very very similar to a real one. When I gave it to the child it was meant to be for, she was in love with it. I took 12 days to arrive, so I recommend to order it with more than 10 days of anticipation to be sure it arrives on time, but it was a great deal!

Absolute scam. Do no buy. Its just Alibaba with extra steps. They tell you we ship with 10 days you lucky if its is processed 20 days. I palced order February 5th asked for cancellation on 24th they sent email 27th it was shipped sorry no refund. You can see on tracking it was shipped on 26th. What a scam. Do no support them they are not small business. Not a single truth on that website.

I received my order in 10 days. After I received I noticed the package came without instructions. I ordered an apnea tongue stabilizing device. I contacted their customer service through email and they sent me a video. Useful, it was a video of a health professional about how to use it. Good customer service and good quality item.

Awful! Refused to give me return details, refused to answer any emails then when I raised a complaint through pay pal they tried to say it was my fault for not answering their 7 emails!!! I had received no emails. Thank goodness I paid via pay pal, they dealt with the whole issue and I got a refund very quickly. BE WARNED!

awful company just fighting to get my money refunded through my bank after receiving a broken item in the post which they will only refund if i return it from the UK this is almost as much as the original item balmahome have been zero help
