I ordered an auto AC but after I read the reviews realized this is a scam company. I immediately called my bank to stop payment and dispute the charge. I should have read the reviews first but the item looked to be what I needed.

Ordered a mosquito trap. It arrived smashed into bits. They asked for pictures and subsequently refused to give me a refund. They are a fraudulent operation operating under multiple aliases including gear-tech UK. Do not consifer using this company. Total scam operation that are in a permanent state of breach of UK consumer laws. Scumbag, thieving rats.

I too fell victim to this SCAM company, however, I refused delivery from the UK courier. I then waited a couple of months before engaging with Balma, asking for a refund. I provided them with the UK tracking number and original CNE express one and asked to reach out to them to confirm the item was back in their hands. Obviously they were having none of it, so I opened a dispute with PayPal and used a copy of my communication with them as evidence. I have just been informed that the case was ruled in my favour! Obviously it's a risk to refuse delivery. I hope this helps anyone who has been duped by them and truly hope more people can get their money back

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I received the faulty GPS trucker which was initially wrong described as "don’t need subscription" and of course it does, and secondly after following all instruction and inserting valid 4G SIM card, the device still didn’t work. Contacted Balma home same day after receiving but they dragged the emails with various generic questions for weeks, deliberately waiting to pass more than 30 days so I couldn’t even go through the PayPal dispute.
Awful service from Balma home. I wish I read the reviews before my purchase. Do not buy from this company unless you are ready to lose your money.

The bras I received were not close to what were described online. I used the size chart as recommended and the bras that arrived looked like a teenager can use them. It doesn't state where they made ... looks like came from another. ( however Balma Home has false pretense they are in Texas). When I called to return, no one answers. Then you receive a text about missing your call. Shortly after you get an email with different people getting involved, last person requested a picture. When trying to send can not attach pictures to email. I requested 3xs for return label. All they cared about was a picture of item. Totally ignored my request for return label. Very frustrating and horrible service. Wish I read the reviews first. Would had never wasted my time. Please don't waste yours by ordering from this scam company!

I ordered a travel seat that was adertised as fitting most vehicles. It does not. I asked for fitting instruction did not arrive evn though they said they werein the package . directed me to a video not even the same product. I have asked for an address to retun I was told Dallas US.Cost would be more than the product is worth. I have return emails which all say the same thing even though my questions have all been different. Scam Scam Scam Do not deal with these robbers. I will try PayPal but hold little hope out.

Its a hub of dropship scammers, they don't refund and ship crap from china, the products do not comply trading standards. There used to be employ on the support Fahad which they removed because he approves refund. This show their scamming intentions and remove employees who follow valid policies. Let's get them removed from business

Sent from China. Return is more expensive than the item. 45 business day cancellation policy if you don't receive the goods. A company to avoid.

This is a fake company. They operate under Little Dreams but they have taken money and not refunded and no delivery.

I ordered some good quality looking sandals , but when they arrived they were badly made and unwearable. Yet they keep trying to avoid refunding me. It’s abysmal.

They agreed to a full refund. I paid for USPS RRR. They never refunded x 6 months!

I ordered cot bumpers from them (marketing name "Little Dreams UK" but company is Balma Home - as appeared on my credit card statement). In their marketing they claim that these cot bumpers are breathable. However, they are just normal cheap foam, not breathable at all (in comparison, I bought a SnuzPod for when baby was smaller and that was padded with breathable materials, it was a completely different story...).

I find it so irresponsible that they make this kind of product claim. Additionally, they also refused to 1) cancel my order (before it had been processed, go the "it's processed" notification 3 days later and they ignored my repeated asks to cancel) and 2) accept a return and refund (they don't do refunds - which is against UK consumer law - you can return and refund anything bought online).

In my book, they are a scam.

This company does business as Wanda Supply. It's garbage Chinese products, takes over a month to come and they refuse refunds over 30 days from date of purchase but it takes over 30 days to even get it!

I bought this watch because I watched a video about this particular watch and It shows how it measures the blood sugar, but the watch I got is missing this function. I tried to get help to address the issue but I got no answer to my emails nor do they answer the phone. So the description about the watch is misleading, at this point I just want to return it.

Scam company will send you cheap item, not reply to messages and Generally make it difficult for you to return or get a full refund.
The only way now that I’m catching a full refund to see if I can return the item I bought in the UK to Dallas. Which will cost me as much as the refund itself and is not gonna happen. I ordered a quality item that was pictured what arrived was a cheap Chinese imitation, that doesn’t even come close.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs !!

Bought a product that does not match description, and is not fit for purpose. They do not accept returns in this instance. Stay clear is my advice!!

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.
Received the item. Pieces missing and I believe they are just reselling faulty goods as I found my item was not in the original packaging.
I complained and asked to return product for a refund but just emails sent back and forth with requests for videos and the like, though I requested refund shortly after delivery.
Please do not order from them.
They are thieves and scammers .

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They have a zero return policy. You can try but they state unless damaged you cannot return it and if you do it’s at your own cost. I ordered a hair piece and it stated it was brown but when it came it was definitely black which will not match my hair so I contacted them and they stated it did not qualify for return. It was 40 dollars wasted. So my advice is find another place more accommodating to the customer.

These people are thieves, I order a bike carrier from them only to never receive the bike carrier, even though I gave them a second chance to deliver it or the refund they agreed to when they admitted the bike carrier was never going to arrive. I urge everyone to avoid this company, as they are incompetent at best and fraudsters at worst.
