Shame I couldnt give less then zero.
Bought some glasses which I then realised they didnt do what I wanted, spent over a week trying to arrange a refund and they have now said because it is a discounted price they won't give a refund.

Please avoid these at all costs.

Absolute scammers. Send out fake rubbish items and refuse to refund.

They sold me a wind powered garden ornament that was rust resistant. After owning for 4 weeks and following rain, it started to rust and seized up. They refused to refund me stating I should have reported it within 30 days. All goods sold in the UK should have at least 1 year warrant. They are breaking the law. Complete scam of a company. Avoid.

I ordered a hummingbird feeder based on the description and photo on their Website. It was supposed to take 7-21 days to receive it. After 36 days and a call to my credit card company (Balmahome never responded to my email checking on status of order), it finally arrived. It was not the item I was expecting. They refused to accept it as a return because they stated it was not damaged AND it was on sale and they do not take back sale items. Well, 99% of the items on their website are on sale! Also, their return policy clearly states "7 Days NQA return policy", and that they will NOT accept damaged items. So, the email I received from cust service said they will only take back damaged items, but the policy states they will NOT accept damaged items???? I called my credit card company again with photos of the feeder on their website vs what I received (clear differences), as well as the email exchanges, and they are disputing the charge for me. I will never order from this company again and warn all others not to either. I will have to toss the feeder into the trash if they don't take it back because bees will just be having a field day with the nectar.

Scammers who sell items not matching descriptions and overcharge. Nonexistent customer support

I ordered a birdfeeder from Balma Home. The box the product arrived in looked like somebody stepped on it and the product was damaged. Balma would not agree to me returning the damaged product. Their only concession was to credit my shipping costs. I'll never do business with them again.

Never received the item i ordered and have not been able to receive a refund. I would recommend you avoid this company

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM, I ordered Beauty mole removal sweep spot pen, when received it appeared to have been used and was broken, I allowed to charge for 2 days still would not power on, I have requested refund (per company policy) the company is very difficult in trying to get refund but instead company want to send replacement, I advised them I don't want replacement. When I ordered the product I want new not used and in good working order.

I ordered an A.C unit wasn't cheap,what I received was, basically an fan in a plastic surround, only difference is I'd leave my fan on at night, wouldn't trust the thing for 5 minutes,wish I'd looked at the reviews first, looks like returning it isn't an option,just hope isn't boiling hot again for a while,

I bought a clip on rearview mirror and after 2 months and 2 mirrors that were both broken during shipping, I'm waiting for my refund! We'll see!
Well, I just got my refund, so all is well.

Fraudsters! They will take your money and you will never hear from them again. No confirmation of orders either so there is never a record of an order being placed!

Bought a speed camera from this company. It does not work. I complained via paypal and they sent me a long paragraph about how they test everything etc etc and about the returns policy.....Rather than asking me to send it back for testing and then deciding the outcome.

Company will not take returns of an item too small to wear in spite of stated policy.

I purchsed a toy dog that supposed to respond to voice commands. It walks, barks and wags it tall. The website deceive the consumer. The toy is cheaply made and too noisily. I paid with shipping $40.00 and it is really not worth it. This toy so cheaply made is worth $5.00. DON'T BUY FROM BALMA HOME.

Claim to be a UK company, the Binoculars came from China. I could have ordered off Aliexpress for less than £5
I emailed them to ask for a refund, they told me that the Binoculars were as advertised
I've reverted it to PayPal but they are being extremely difficult

How can I leave a -100 review. I purchased a replica viking shield for my husband who is a collector of such memorabilia. It said for collectors, however all it was was a circle of MDF with a paint stencil. It cost £89.95.
I then found EXACTLY the same item on Amazon,but advertised as cosplay for £11.20.
They refused to accept a return which I thought was a legal right.

Do not buy anything from this company. Complete scam. Supposed to be a Uk company under little dreams Uk. Certainly not a Uk based company. Product came from china, had to send it back to USA to return. Did not come with any packing slip to return. Sent back unopened but not given any refund. ‘Customer service’ person Josias is extremely unhelpful.

I ordered a product to remove scratches on my car. The product was late in arriving and the packaging was crumpled. Inside, the product was poorly wrapped, the cloth which came with it was wet and screwed up, the pad for sanding the scratch was also screwed up and it looked as it the product itself had leaked. It’s possible that the contents were water. There were no instructions. Like other reviewers, the company asked me for photos and receipts but kept asking for more. DO NOT BUY from Balma Home/Little Dreams they are a nightmare.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some trainers as a birthday present for my mum that were advertised as having orthopaedic support. They arrived over a week after her birthday, were too big and the quality was awful. They offered no support at all and were unsuitable for my mum who is recovering from broken feet. After several email exchanges with Balma who refused to issue a refund or allow me to return the trainers, I filed a dispute with PayPal and won the case.
