Unfortunately my parcels were very delayed. Then the two got separated and only one arrived in time for xmas. But i have to say the customer service team in particular Fahid were very helpful. Chasing the parcel and finally finding it. They kept in constant touch.
So all's well that ends well!!!!!!!!!!

They was very efficient in responding to my concerns. I received my order in a timely frame and would recommend everyone to do business with you all. Trust me they won't be disappointed

I ordered a train set for Christmas. After the order I looked up the company and read most of the bad reviews. I figured the order was a loss.

Not what happened. What happened was I received the train set and it was nice. Tree's, track switches, more track than I could use, train cars of different varieties. Including buildings. The train has cool sounds.

Even included a small screwdriver to open battery compartment and putting wheels on train cars.

No, it's not Lionel train quality, but for a 5 year old's first train it was more than I expected.

Horrible company. Sent item back to the address it came from and was told they didn’t receive it. And they can’t help me! I’m supposed to throw that money down the drain!? Will be in touch with the BBB. Should have read reviews first!

I ordered Christmas gifts but was unsure if they would arrive in time. I didn't realize they were coming from abroad and needed to be shipped to the UK. I had regular communation with Fahad who reassured me that the presents were on their way and would be here in time for Christmas. Fahad was very polite and patient.
The 5 stars is for Fahad and his continuos help and support.

I ordered two headbands which didn’t arrive due to, apparently, the parcel being lost with no more in stock. I was offered an alternative that was too late and unsuitable. Having seen the adverse reviews I became very worried but Fahad in Customer Services stayed in touch and the money has been refunded. What a relief.

Ordered a wide brim hat..I understand the time frame of getting it delivered…but the way it came all bent up nothing like the picture it was horribly packaged and put in my mailbox all crumbled up and bent out of shape…I hope they fix the issue of Packaging at least put it in some type of box so it doesn’t get all bent up…

I bought the item from here as it was a fair price. Being used to Amazon delivery times I was a little impatient and enquired regarding progress. Fahad responded promptly and a further enquiry also gave me confidence that things were moving. Just be aware that for a decent price you may have to wait a few days longer.

Got my picopen laser and have used it already. Hoping it will help supplement with my office laser treatments to rid of the brown sun spot damage that developed from years of excess sun bathing. So far its looking promising. Thank you for this product availability!

This is 100% scamming online shoppers. Please don’t buy highly recommend it you’re gonna discount you’re gonna be receiving an empty parcel so you won’t be able to claim a refund. Please don’t buy and they put in a different website and different websites somewhere else. This is not a registered UK company is based in China.

Yes I've been scammed by these but I can't understand why they are still being able to trade with all these bad reviews. I waited nearly a .onto to get goods delivered, wasn't what I thought so asked for address to return and refund, their saying I can't have one. I'm not giving in, they should be shut down, buch of fraudsters.

Do not purchase from here, a scam, waited ages for order and when it arrived was absolute rubbish, didn’t work properly, don’t usually order from company’s I don’t know but got caught out with this, will learn from my mistake but wouldn’t recommend.
