Judging by the reviews I have read and the poor quality order I received today,I think this is a scam website, that sells cheap ,inferior copies of other items .The one page instructions were illegible and had spelling mistakes!! That must say it all!

Stay away it's a scam! Bought a baby pillow I thought was in the UK. 10weeks later it turns out it's coming from China and what arrives is nothing like what I ordered. Its pretty much like wish!!!! Stay away!!

First time placing an order and not very happy with my experience , told it's being delivered by yodel but my friend as still not had parcel delivered to them. placed on on 20th September , yodel cannot help because delivery doesn't have yod at the start of tracking order so look like 30 pound down the drain will not be ordering again

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. their gadgets do not work. they are not letting anybody leave comments, and the comments that are already there are from their employees. they are very hard on returns so i have an item spent my money on it and have no use of it. plus the shipping is very slow.

This was the worst piece of rubbish ever bought online. It failed in every aspect. Wouldn’t work to start, battery lasts 1.5 days, display hard to read and difficult to understand. App not clear or easy to read. Back sensor cover fell off within 2 hours, support said any glue will fix it. Readings totally inaccurate and after less than a Week a refund was refused.

There was a mess up on my order however I contacted the company and they took care of it right away!

The Balma Home customer support team helped me get my package even after I accidently gave them the wrong shipping area code.
Now my daughter can enjoy her elephants.

I was looking online for a mirror dash camera on behalf of my friend, and finally found one for a great price. I selected the item then went straight to the payment process. As i selected the payment method, i was alarmed to see a different company name had taken the payment. I went to look up the company, Balmahome, and was shocked by what i found. I immediately contacted Balmahome to voice my concerns, and right away i received a reply. They explained why my payment was going to them, but if i was unsure about the transaction, they would cancel my order and return my money. Reading this, i decided that i would go ahead and give Balmahome a chance, and they didn't disappoint. From the time i ordered the item, upto the day before i received it, Fahad at Balmahome, kept me updated constantly, and replied to all emails i sent to him. I have been pleasantly surprised by how good my experience with Balmahome has been, considering the bad ratings they have. For me, they have been absolutely brilliant and i'd definitely buy from them in the future.

After weeks it said its been delivered with a signature- nothing been delivered now i have chase paypal and DHL see who will compensate me. Real scam company this is

I wouldn't even give it a one star rating as its a real scam company. I ordered a dog bed and without reading the reviews first. That my my biggest mistake. Three weeks after ordering I received a tracking number which didn't exist. Fortunately I purchased via Paypal and informed them of the issue. The fake company had three days to respond to Paypal and someone responded with minutes to spare saying my product was now being dispatched from China. Needless to say I said the could stick the bed where the sun don't shine and asked Paypal to bar the scam company from its system. 94% of reviews posted have one star. Please please do not buy from this website. The money lost could be funding terrorism. Am I exaggerating....perhaps not

I ordered a ankle sprain compression bandange thing and i ordered it because i sprained my ankle 2 years ago and it started hurting so i purchased this on the 12th of May AND IT CAME ON THE 1ST IF JUNE?? And i emailed the customer service and he sent me a link to track my order and i used it and it said my order wasn't found? I emailed many times and also THE SIZING i got a s-m and it WAS TOO tight, and there shoe sizes are in European sizes not uk and i was just so confused and it came finally BUT NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN, ALSO THE PRICE £23, AND THE EMAILER HIS NAME WAS FAHAD HE WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT PERSON WHO WAS EMAILING ME AND ONLY REPLIED TO. ME ONCE A DAY, DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Had to contact them a couple weeks after the order was placed because I never got tracking info. Here we are almost a month later and I have the item… but it doesn’t work. I sent them a picture of the error screen and they are now saying they want a video. Good thing it was cheap because they might try to hold my money. Filed a dispute with PayPal.

Please DO NOT purchase anything from Balma Home/Buy Simple. The cholesterol testing kit I bought for £46.85 was very poor quality and did not work. The procedure for claiming a refund is arduous - they require video evidence and when I sent this they still refused my refund. Fortunately PayPal has refunded my payment, but this was a dreadful experience and I believe they are a SCAM company.

Please please avoid. They are not legit and should be avoided at all costs. Don’t give them your money. Ordered cream for rosacea, everything advertised on site showed it in English and had very good reviews. FINALLY arrived but everything about the product was written in Chinese, nothing like advertised on site, the whole packaging and instructions in Chinese and boxed very cheaply. Would certainly not have used this on my face, god knows what was in it. Paid 22.00 pounds and realised when arrived that I had been scammed. Contacted PayPal with my complaint and within 15 minutes they had refunded me. Well done PayPal and thank you but think it says everything about this company! Please avoid

It’s a scam…. Do not order from them. I placed my order, a month later still haven’t received nothing. Customer service said my order will be ready to send and soon will received a tracking number but never did.
Still waiting…….

I would give 0 stars! Phone number is disconnected. Merchandise was a joke. I ordered a peanut butter machine and received a novelty toy. For $70! A child's toy! No way to return it unless I pay for the postage. This item is not suitable for food preparation.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a bionase for £25. I could of got it for £9 on ebay but thought I'd get it from a proper company. I waited 2 weeks for delivery and it came in a plastic bag without a box or instructions. They must of bought it off eBay and resold it to me at treble the price. Im glad i paid through PayPal because i will be getting a refund

I ordered a knife from this company and realised it was not the right one. I emailed immediately to cancel. Saw the reviews on here and thought I'd never get my money back. It took a couple of days but to be fair their website did say their customer service wasn't open at the weekend but got an email from Fahad who said he would try to cancel if not already processed. Next day another email to confirm cancellation and money back in my account 2 days later. No problems at all.
