DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE USELESS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT THEIR PRODUCTS DO. AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. I PURCHASES WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AS NIGHT VISION BINOCULARS AND THEY WERE NOT AND THE COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME NOTHING BUT A HARD TIME THRU ONLY EMAIL. THEY ARE NOT LIGIT. THEY FALSE ADVERTISED AND WONT RETURN MY MONEY. REPORT REPORT REPORT THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.

I believe Balma Home have set up a fake Paypal Account. They are not based in UK and any positive reviews on their web site are probably fake too.

Ordered Knives costing £79.97 on 26/11. Used Paypal and paid by credit card to protect myself.
No sign of my order. No correspondence from Balma.
Just an email and no phone number.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Only pay using Credit Card as you gain consumer protection should anything go wrong.

Ordered an item -had the impression posted in the UK -over two weeks from China -arrived -not suitable -poor quality - Balma Home refused to take back -even tho their terms & condition do say can be returned within 30 days -refused to give a returns number or address -so
i sent it to their dispatch address
I then attempted to do a 'Section 75 Disputed Transaction with my card company -it was rejected as Jamaria ( office co-ordinator) refused to give details requested.
as a pensioner i can ill afford losing £32

This is scam. Do not order from them. I ordered some items. They were never delivered. Customer service lied me a lot of time that items were shipped. When I asked for tracking number they told me they sent the items without tracking number. But nothing was delivered!!! Scammers!!!

This company is a scam. They have consistently lied to me about the where abouts of the £46 item that I had ordered for my son a month ago. They’ve told me that Royal Mail have previously tried to deliver to me but Royal Mail have no record of this or the fictitious trAcking number they provided me with. Having paid through Pay pal I was hoping that there would be some chance of getting my money back but reading the reviews that doesn’t look likely - why are PayPal associated with companies like this . Balma have refused to refund my money - they’ve pointed out that once they have your money the sale is final- apparently whether you receive the item or not!!!

This organization advertises products that they can not deliver,and you can tell when your order is placed there's no tracking info. Seems to be run by a bunch of yes men,and pass it on as far as customer service goes. Had to harass them for almost a month to get $270 back from them on a false delivery I ordered almost a month ago. Do no deal with this company,it's a fuc*kng waist of time

I ordered a Maternity coat for my daughter and the reviews said the sizing ran true to size. Our daughter is very petite and the medium I ordered does not fit. I have called three times, no response. I have emailed, no response! I just want a bigger size for her. Please DON'T order from this company. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE .

The "US" company sent me security cameras with Chinese adaptors and plugs to my UK address, not fit for purpose and not mentioned on the advert. When I sent these to the returns address they told me I could only return items if damaged and with photos. They have received their cameras back in perfect condition but have refused to refund me - ILLEGAL SCAM _ AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! IF I RECEIVE A REFUND I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW

Deserve no stars but unfortunately not a option, they do not send the item you've ordered, they consistently use covid as a excuse for items being late,even tho after weeks my item still hasn't turned up.you can't contact them at their UK address as it turns out it's a fake address. They are just a bunch of scammers,AVOID

Was just about to buy a foot cream when I noticed that all 98 of their 5 star reviews were written within a 3 day period. Total red flag!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Had to give 1 star just to be able to write something but they are certainly not worth ZERO stars. Absolutely shocking customer service and product (teeth cleaning product with 3 attachments). Balma home customer service are adamant that they do not refund and this was clear in their details! There were no instructions and no info about what size batteries to use in the item (had to work it out for myself and they needed to be long and slimmer than AA). Item was not fit for purpose and they send very rude and Curt email responses. SCAMMERS.

I purchased an oral device for Sleep Apnea from balmahome .com The item came in a resealable zip-lock bag with no formal packaging, instructions, labels, invoice, billing or paperwork. I do not trust it and would not put it in my mouth. This is very unsanitary and unprofessional. This is not a home made item. I called the phone number posted on their "contact us" link on the site at +1 (214) 400 6048, it said the number was disconnected. Enclosed is a picture of what they sent me exactly the way it was when I pulled it out of the package (nothing else). I am disturbed. I also sent emails to no avail.

Honestly, This company doesn’t even receive the 1 star I have to give in order to leave this review warning people not to buy from them!
I paid £52 for a ‘smart watch’ for my 5 year old sons birthday, it was supposed to have options to play games, take picture and count steps. The quality of the product I received wasn’t even worth £10 never mind £50! I wrote an email asking for a refund, Sent them a video and photo of the products received, as they requested and was told that I couldn’t return the product for a refund. In short, the company has explained that they simply do not care that the product was not up to the standard of quality the customer expected because they sent the product advertised. This really wasn’t the case as the watch doesn’t have any of the features described when I ordered. I’m now £50 out of pocket and have to find my son another present for his birthday. It’s disgusting that companies get away with this.

CON!!!! Fraudulent claims regarding what they’re selling and at extortionately inflated prices! If I could give zero stars I would. Do not shop online, I only trusted them as I could pay with PayPal, not a mistake I would make again!

Made the mistake of ordering online from Balma Home.com. My credit card was charged as soon as I placed my order. They did email me tracking info but they sent my package to the wrong address even though they had my correct shipping/billing address. USPS returned the package to Balma Home/Fahad.....Balma Home/Fahad emailed me and said they would reship the product to me. That has 2 months ago and still nothing. I have emailed, tried calling but nothing. Filed a complaint with BBB,FTC. and contacted Paypal. This company is a scam....Save yourself some stress, save your money, stay far away from Balma Home/Fahad. I'm out $55.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write a review. I never buy without first reading, and you guys saved me. I don't understand how these liars and cheats are allowed to continue doing business. We live in a Global world, but anything made in or coming from China is crap and we need to stop supporting Communists.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would give Balma Home 0 stars. I ordered a product from them and the product was defective. It wouldn't charge. They gave me a hard time about refunding me the money for the defective product. I contacted Paypal which was the method I paid. Paypal then contacted me saying if I returned the product to Balma Home I would be refunded as soon as they received it. I returned the product to the address Balma Home provided and included a tracking number for the returned product. After a month of returning the product and providing a tracking number for the return Balma Home still hasn't refunded my money for the returned defective product. Paypal has not refunded me because they said Balma Home is not covered by their insurance refund policy. So now I am out the money I paid for the product and the money it cost to return the product to them. BUYER BEWARE! BALMA HOME IS A RIP OFF AND A FRAUD!

Disgusted with the responses I have order items weeks ago and I have just been fobbed off with a tracking number with Yodel that is not tracking - I paid extra money to get express delivery now cannot get any response from them
