DANGER DANGER DANGER Stay well away from this Company. Totally ignores customer complaints, sells sub standard items, imposes strange and complicated requirements when customer complains and requests a refund and has no regard to Consumer Rights Act 2015 as they are not based in this country they think they are above our law.

I dont see how there's so many negative comments on this company. Anything I've ordered off their site, I have got it and in working/good condition. Maybe y'all ordered off a copy cat website and got ripped off...but I ordered the beauty mole removal pen and the beard oil and received both, so I don't know.

They sell counterfeit or broken goods and do not respond to messages. Do not buy from this site. Should be taken down

Horrible business. Purchased (2) Snore Doctor in which it is an one piece device that goes in your nose to prevent snoring. The product does not work. Contacted company to request a refund for the unused, unopen item since the one I opened did not work. I was not asking a refund for something that went in my nose. They asked for a video and a picture of the product. I provided a video of my snore app which indicated that I still snored and a picture of the product. They stated they wanted a video of it not working. huh? so I guess I am supposed to have someone watch me sleep to show them that the product does not work? Ridiculous, please do not purchase from this company.

I ordered an item from balmahome.com. After I ordered it I thought it was odd that it was going to take 3 weeks plus to receive it. I then realized that it was coming from overseas. When I received the item finally it was not even in a box. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, no manual, no accessories with it, and had dirty fingerprints on it. It was obvious that it was used and they sold it as a new item. I sent an email to customer service expressing my disappointment with what I'd ordered. They didn't respond. The item doesn't even work. It won't take a charge and it doesn't even work if you plug it in with the USB power cable that didn't come with it that I had to supply. I'm not going to waste my time to pay for shipping to ship it back to China with no guarantee of a refund. This is not a real business. This is some pedophile sitting in a basement with a website drop shipping items direct from overseas vendors he's never had real contact with once they're ordered. Don't waste your time or money this website is a scam!

This business is a scam. Their website boasts favorable reviews, but the bbb tells a different story. The Nintendo console is a rip off, it's a bootleg version and there is no way to save progress on any games. The power and reset buttons are swapped from the original, and the save progress feature removed. So there is basically no way to actually beat the games

This is not a company you want to buy anything from. They should be closed down by the AG's office in Dallas, Texas. Check out the BBB comments. The BBB considers this business a "High Risk" and comments they have received an "Influx" of complaints but yet if you look at their website you will see all 5 stars. I ordered from them and received a tankless water heater (two actually) of Chinese origins. Both were defective. I contacted the company via email and spoke to Fahad. He stated the return period was 30 days and they would not allow a return or credit of any kind. He offered a 10% discount on another one. I did order another one but it turned out to be a different one other than the one I ordered. I contacted them immediately and was sent this reply from Fahad, "
To better assist you, we need you to send us some documentation:

- A short video (no more 10 MB size), which demonstrates that product you want to return.
- A photo of all the products received on the package once you opened it. All the components of the product should be shown on it.
- Picture of shipping label in which product was received."

Honestly, this is exactly the response I received.

In addition to the above ridiculousness, they want you to mail the return to Argentina. The shipping cost would have been $90 for a $69 product. Do you see my frustration? These are not the kind of people you want to do business with. I contacted my credit card issuer and disputed the charge citing Seller Misrepresentation of their product and return policy. This company does not have a customer service number that is designed to work. Also, they represent themselves as a Texas based company. That's not true! Google the address. It's pathetic! Avoid these ppl like toxic waste. You will not be happy with their products or service. It's a scam! Just pay a little more and order through Amazon.

I purchased a car dash camera from one of this companies web sellers. Balmahome took my payment. The camera arrived but there were no set up or operating instructions. Contacted customer service and was told to visit a specific YouTube link. That was a waste of time and I learnt virtually nothing. When I did stumble upon the screen instructions they were in a language I couldn't even identify. Wasted my money and time. Camera is no good if you cannot install and operate it correctly.

Dreadful company. Goods don’t arrive. Their policy states if you are unhappy with an item received you can’t return it, you can only request a replacement. You are unable to cancel an order. They think they do not have to abide by distance selling regulations. Avoid at all costs.
I’ve reported them to PayPal so hopefully something will be done about them.

I've never written a review online. To be honest, I've never needed to. I shop extensively via the web and have always had a satisfactory result. My experience with this company has been the worst. I ordered sports bras. My card was charged and according to the post office the package was lost in transit. I contacted the company, suggested they file a claim and requested that they resend my items since I was already charged for them. They won't resend the items, won't credit my card and now won't return a response for my correspondences. I'm out about $50.00. Horrible company. I wish I would've read the reviews before I made my purchase.

This company will take your money and you won’t actually get the goods. You then get fobbed off by customer service and you will NOT get a refund for an item you never received.

The worst company! Took over a month for my item to arrive and then it came all wrapped in plastic rather than a box as described, I may as well have ordered it off eBay!!

Update on my experience of Balma home And item I purchased from them that was faulty on arrival: I got a full refund via my payment method. I highly recommend you pursue this route if you are Dissatisfied with the company

Wow, this company is the epitome of scammers, based on the number of complaints and reviews through the Better Business Bureau. took 8 weeks to get and was the not what I ordered but a substitute,. they only sent that because i stopped payment,. I bought an item from buy simple through balma home. It’s been over a month and I’ve never received my item. They keep saying it’s been dispatched and is with royal mail but I don’t believe this as they said that 2 weeks ago. I’m just glad it wasn’t a large amount I spent but just avoid this company they’re a complete con. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Bought a sportswear item from Balma Home via Buysimple.co.uk, item that arrived was of poor quality and did not match the advertised item. I requested a return/refund which was denied by Balma. Got a refund via PayPal after escalating as an issue.
Both buysimple.co.uk and Balma Home would appear to be scam websites

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered the Infrared Rhinitis Therpy Device, which I have received only to find there is no instruction of how to use the item. I have contacted via E-mail several times but getting no reply, I will not be purchasing in the future from this company and will advise my friends and family to do the same.
