I Ordered 2 clothes airers that looked sturdy and robust enough to justify the higher price. However what I received was not what was ordered and of an inferior quality. This company is insisting that I arrange and pay for the return and they want to give a 30% refund plus store credit. They are refusing to accept that it is not my responsibility to arrange shipping the items and they are both heavy and bulky so I physically cant do it. We are still arguing over this and the refund needed which is over £100 and so needed back. I have now had to say I will start a dispute with my bank to try to get the money back and report them to trading standards. I have also pointed out that they are breaking the rules under the consumer protection legislation. I would suggest that anyone considering buying from this company think long and hard before do so.

i ordered a 'weighted blanket costing £35.95
sherpa fleece weighted with glass beads
it took a week to arrive and was vacuum packed in a parcel smaller than a shoe box.
once opened it was obvious it was not a sherpa fleece weighted blanket but a very flimsy cheap lightweight throw, that i wouldnt even use a dog blanket!
i contacted them several times, and was offered 20% discount, 50% store credit or i could return to Asia and pay return costs myself which could be around £24-£40 I informed them i did not wish to keep it and did not want a store credit
i simply wanted a refund.
since then they have stopped replying to my emails.
goods show on website are completely different from what you will receive
