Easy website to negotiate and good selection of watches. Watch arrived in a matter of days from placing the order. Fantastic quality watch - really nice! Wore the watch quite a bit over the first week or so then the end of one of the jubilee bracelet links came off (it fell out of the leather pouch when I opened it). Baltany contacted me to see how my watch was a couple of days after this so I replied and told them - but I’ve had no response. I had spare links so swapped the broken one out and the others seem OK. Disappointed Baltany haven’t responded about this though! Thought they may have offered to send a couple of spare links??

I’m still waiting to hear from you. Tried calling your number but no response and I left a few messages and no one got back to me. It’s now coming to three months since I ordered the watch and no one can tell me what is going on.
Save your money and stay away from them.

Ordered a 1926 oyster tribute from Baltany.
Nicely packaged, received 2 days later.
Beautiful, quality watch.
Keeps excellent time(1 second a day over 4 weeks).

Great watch, great service. The only issue I have is the size of the strap on my 1926. I have an 8.5in wrist, so I had to substitute the strap. All in all though, I am so impressed by the quality for the money. People need to know about Baltany.

I’d bought a watch from them before and was very impressed with quality and price so I ordered another recently. It arrived with two days of ordering unfortunately there was a fault with the watch.

A quick email to customer services see a near instant response with a free post return label and apologies. I returned watch and in not much more than a week with email updates between a new watch arrived. So I’d say big watch companies could do well to learn from them. Great customer service, fast delivery, great product and no questions return id recommend to anyone and will most likely be adding a third one of there watches to my collection.
