This place is a scam. They have a “free returns” policy (which you pay $4.98 for), but only when you go to make a return do you find out that they only offer store credit. Their dresses are garbage for the price.
Please make them shorter
I really love all my dresses that I got from them. However, I do wish that they make dresses for shorter women like me. I am about 5’3” tall and these dresses runs pretty long. My wedding dress that I got from them I literally have to drag it across the floor and my other dress that I got from them for another wedding was dragging on the floor even when I was wearing 5 inch heels.
Please make shorter dresses for shorter women. I know that white women are often more tall than everyone else.

Definitely do not purchase from here!!! I unfortunately did not read the return policy in detail and they only offer store credit, which is absolutely insane for an online boutique. People buy multiple dresses/items because they cannot try on your products in store. Speaking of product.... I was sooooo disappointed when I received these dresses. The quality is that of fast fashion, cheap, already threads coming out of some dresses, but NOT for fast fashion prices. You would be better off ordering from Amazon because at least you can return your items and not be out $100s. They also advertise this as "free returns" but you have to buy the return package for extra or pay for handling/shipping fees. Another immoral company continuing the predatory behaviors of women's fashion.
Not worth the price or hassle!
Dress quality not worth the price, but what really gives this business 1 star is the ‘return policy’. No where on the website before purchase do they note returns are only honored for store credit. I would NOT have spent almost $200 here on 2 dresses. Both of the items received smell like an air freshener which is not pleasant, do not fit, and I do NOT want to order again from this business due to the shady business practices regarding returns. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone as the ‘chat’ is only open very select hours and have only gotten emails along the lines of ‘we will get back to you’. Furthermore, I placed an order and it was basically ‘lost’ or stuck in shipping somewhere for almost a week. When tracking the package, it was completely at a halt and Baltic Born has no idea what is going on and claims they cannot do anything about this until it’s been 2 weeks.

I would have never bought from this store if I had known no refunds. Bad business and my last two orders two over three weeks to be delivered with NO TRACKING INFO. To be honest I haven’t received them yet. I would have been cheated out of shipping if I hadn’t caught it myself
Misleading Return Policy – Beware
I made my very first purchase from Baltic Born and also paid for the “Free Return Shipping + Package Protection,” which I understood to mean I could return my order if it didn’t fit. The dress I received did not fit, but when I tried to initiate a return I was told it was an “ineligible sale item.”
This makes no sense. Why would I be allowed to buy return protection for an item that was never eligible for return in the first place? That feels misleading. When I reached out to customer service, I was basically told their policy is final and they wouldn’t refund even the return protection fee.
I don’t have a lot of extra money to spend, and this experience left me feeling cheated and unvalued as a customer. At minimum, their system should prevent customers from purchasing return coverage on non-returnable items. Until then, I’d caution anyone shopping here to read the fine print very carefully—because their policies are not customer-friendly, and you may end up stuck with something you can’t use.

I’ve ordered from Baltic Barn previously, cute items that I felt good in.
On my recent order I ordered a dress (which was not inexpensive), the first time I wore the dress, the seem split on the breast. I notified the company, sent a picture and requested another dress be sent as a replacement. Not a refund, simply a replacement. The customer service representative refused and in summary said the dress was worn therefore can not be returned. They said that I could not prove that this happened during shipping and since the tags are off, there is nothing that they can do. No replacement, no refund, no partial refund, no coupon for a future order, simply a “you are out of luck” email.
Poor customer service. Poor quality control. Poor way for a company to be run. I will not be giving my hard earned dollars to Baltic Barn again.

I bought a dress on 7/05 for a trip I was leaving for on 7/25, almost three weeks later. As of 8/19, 45 days later, I still do not have that dress. The company agreed to make an exception and give me a refund on 7/21, then rescinded that after the shipping company (Veho) reported the package as lost. I was told I had to wait ten more business days before they would consider a refund. I finally was issued a refund today, 8/19.
This company feels like a scam. Their clothing is overpriced, mediocre at best, and their shipping and refund policies are absolute garbage that seem set up to take advantage of their customers, who based on reviews here, often don't even receive the clothes they purchased.
Save yourself some trouble and do not buy from Baltic Born.
Cheap clothing, no returns, only store credit
Baltic Born is selling poor-quality clothing at inflated prices. I purchased two jumpsuits, each costing between $60–$85, and both felt extremely cheap. When I tried to return one, I discovered they only offer store credit, completely unreasonable for an online only store where customers can’t try items on before buying. To make matters worse, I wore the other jumpsuit to a wedding and within an hour the strap ripped off when I adjusted it. I essentially wasted $130 on clothing that is now unwearable. The quality, pricing, and return policy make this a company I would not recommend.

I need a dress for a wedding
I need a dress for a wedding. I ordered 3 and then just got busy, then ordered another 2 and finally was able to try them on. I liked one from the first order. When I went to get an in store credit I realized I was past the return window for the first order. So out 2 dresses. I was able to get a return label to the second order. Then I realized I ordered the Naomi dress and they sent me the Giselle dress. This was from the first order. So I emailed customer service with the invoice and order number along with the picture of the Giselle dress and asking for a return label for in store credit since it was their error. They pretty much too bad to bad it was past the return window. I will not order again. Poor quality control.

Searching for a dress for my daughter's wedding, I have looked at 100 online sites. I have ordered many and as everyone knows, ordering ONLINE without the ability to try on leaves middle age women usually returning! I have never been unable to return and receive a full refund. I found 2 dresses on Baltic Born and placed an order. I was charged $5.39 for "free return + packaging" I honestly didn't know they DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND. THEY ONLY ISSUE A STORE CREDIT. After my purchase, immediately a pop up appeared showing me a discounted dress for $51.35 I thought I was going to view the dress and apparently I purchased that one as well. Immediatly I tried to contact customer service, which you can't. IT IS ONLY AN EMAIL. I emailed immediatley knowing my order has not yet even gone into production. Being the owner of an etsy shop I know customers have a change of mind, need to cancel, add on etc. Well, you can't here on their site. The dresses may be beautiful, however unless you are the body like my 23 year old daughter getting married who can order online and it fits perfectly, consider the return policy. There is NOT one. You will be stuck with the dress which may come with a $25.00 restocking fee, and ONLY a store credit. I will never shop with them again. That is way to strict of a policy for online shopping. It is not worth it IMO. I will now wait and see if they would at least honor my request to cancel the 3rd dress that I did not intend to purchase.
Positive Change of Heart!
I ordered from here previously and was not impressed and was so hesitant to order again. However, I absolutely LOVE the dress and lounge set that I just received. The dress is perfect for my engagement photos, and fits me so well. The lounge set is comfortable and surprisingly fits, as I am not a "typical" body shape/size.
I absolutely look forward to ordering again!

Horrible shipping and absolutely atrocious customer service. They use a 3rd-party shipper, and pass the blame to them when items are late. Their customer service doesn’t actually listen to issues, they just copy and paste responses which are all different versions of “not our problem”.
They don’t refund original payment method, only store credit.

If you’re pregnant or freshly post partum—don’t order.
The sizing is WAY off and doesn’t run true to size at all. This is true for multiple things i ordered and tried and didn’t keep anything because none of the sizing was correct.
For reference-I’m a size large in top and bottoms. Not even and XL fit me in any of the dresses. I gave up trying and sold my credit to just be done.

Ordered two dresses and tried to return one. They denied my return (after I shipped it) saying it had been worn. The dress still had the tags intact and the only wear was me trying it on. I posted my review on social media and they literally blocked me which is actually considered retaliation. The review was exactly what I just posted here. Definitely don’t recommend after the experience and poor customer service. They are hiding their bad reviews.

The fit wasn't right, so I had to return. Now I'm stuck with a $500 store credit with nothing to wear to the upcoming weddings I have this summer. Really disappointed. Especially since they have cute stuff...Won't be taking a chance with Baltic Born again. Yes, this return policy is in the "very fine print". It's my fault for not checking return policy to begin with, but I've never come across any other companies that do this....
