STILL WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE! i ordered it the beginning of december and still WAITING they said it would take 5 to 10 day but NOPE

It’s not arriving on time and I’m pretty sure it was supposed to arrive by the 24, I won’t be able to wear it

Awful experience ordering from this store. Dresses do not look like the picture and the material is very cheap. Returned all items with tags still on, never worn (felt the fabric and didn’t like it). They received all items back in perfect condition with tags still on and they are stating they can only refund us store credit. We don’t want to ever shop there again, why would we want store credit?!? When I emailed their customer service they explained that it is a blanket police due to people returning used clothes. I explained that they had our clothes we ordered before we even received a refund and could see the status of the clothes (tags intact and never worn) so the policy doesn’t apply to us and we should not be punished. Once I explained that situation they did not care and told us if we dispute the credit card charge they will put a good on the account for 2-3 months so no action can take place until that is ended (threatening after keeping my money?) STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Never received my order, asked for a refund it said it has been ordered over 30 days, but the tracking number provided was wrong so I couldn’t track, when I e-mailed them to ask for the tracking number so I could take to the courier to check where it was I had no response.
2 months almost 3 months in now and I haven’t had a refund or the product I’ve purchased

I give the website 2 stars because I ended up loving the dress that worked for me. That being said, they are not 100% transparent about their return policy. I bought $250 worth of dresses and planned on returning the ones that didn’t work. The website said “free returns” and so I paid for package protection as well for an even more seamless return process. Come to find out, they only offer store credit. They also only give you 30 days after the purchase date to return your items. The package took 2 weeks to arrive and so I only had 2 weeks to return. I decided on keeping the items and am now trying to resell for a quarter of the price. What a bad company policy. I will never purchase from here again and I have told all of my friends and family to stay away as well. Disappointed!

I ordered a sweater from them and it is EXTREMELY unflattering. It looks completely different in person than it does on the model. I went to the website to initiate a return, only to find that they don’t offer refunds, only store credit. At no point during my purchase was this advertised or made clear. I sent a polite email stating I would not be accepting store credit and I would need a refund, and they responded basically arguing with me that the pictures on their website are accurate and it’s my fault for not checking the return policy. If your return policy is this strict, you NEED to state that when people are ordering. I shouldn't have to hunt for it. This is predatory. Now I have to dispute with Amex which creates more work for everyone. Baltic Born, do better!

Absolutely horrible. It's a complete scam. I ordered a dress for a wedding but it doesn't fit. They don't have any other sizes in this dress. I will NEVER purchase the overpriced cheap crap they sell so I requested a refund. They don't provide refunds, only store credit to buy other horrible dresses that are cheaply made. An amazon $30 dress is better quality than this crap. Horrible customer service and horrible company.

This company is horrible. Liars and THIEVES. I have NEVER left a negative review about a company- every company has some weaknesses. But BALTIC BORN is downright shady and sketchy! I ordered 2 items. I double checked to make certain they were returnable for a credit. They were. upon returning, i received an email stating I had a store credit. But it was for LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE ITEMS. The items did not change in price. and there is no way shipping was 60.00. I emailed this company SEVEN TIMES only to get a clearly catch phrased email stating, "Thank you for reaching out to the Baltic Børn Team! We can see that you placed an order with your store credit so hopefully everything is okay, but if not please provide us with an update!" THIS WAS THE RESPONSE FOR EVERY EMAIL I SENT! They stole money from me and hundreds of others- YOU CAN SEE THEIR REVIEWS ON TRUST PILOT AND BBB! You can find their items or similar on so many other sites. Do not give them your business. ALSO THE PHONE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE IS A FAKE. ITS AN ACTUAL HUMAN PRIVATE LINE!!!

I purchased the Eirena black & bronze sparkly gown. This dress was almost $150. It’s beautiful and very sparkly. I put it on and it fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the quality is terrible. The glitter and sequins fell off and were everywhere. They were on me, on my furniture, on the floor, and pretty much left a trail anywhere I walked. The glue or adhesive that was used to create the sparkly pattern, made the tulle stiff instead of being flowy. I was really looking forward to wearing this dress for NYE. Sadly, I will be returning it. Baltic Born doesn’t accept returns they only issue store credit. Hopefully they have something that is decent quality that I can spend my store credit on.

I returned an item, which was recived by Baltic Born on November 1st. They have yet to process store credit after 18 days. I have emailed multiple times. Today I attempted to use the chat but it won't send.

Spend 130$ on a dress that came in and is completely see through with thread hanging out of the stitching. Cheap quality and high prices the dress will fall apart after one wash.

I just ordered from Baltic Born for the first time after seeing their ads for years. I checked reviews here first and was very leery of ordering from them, but after finding two stunning emerald green evening gowns that were unique from anything I’d seen at other stores, I decided to place an order. My dresses arrived about a week later, but they were gorgeous, fit perfectly, and were beautifully made. I was concerned after reading reviews about the clothes being poor quality, but these dresses are perfect. Originally I was going to keep one and return the one I liked less, but I ended up keeping both because they’re too pretty to return! I will definitely order from them again!

I have tried to return two dresses and they have completely stopped communicating with me. Horrible horrible customer service. Highly DO NOT recommend this company. Take your business to one of the so many other retail options that value your business.

I have not received my order, it has been “out for delivery” for over 2 weeks. I have emailed Baltic born 3 times with no response. Now I am having to try to get my money back through my bank. Non existent customer service, terrible!

These blonds are thieves! Website says store credit only but you won’t even get that.
Watch out when those cute clothes on the models dont fit you.

Horrible customer service. In their automated response they claim that they need 9 days to respond.

They do not take returns for a refund, ONLY STORE CREDIT! Even then their policy has weird paragraphs like how $25 will be subtracted from your store credit for a "restocking fee". Don't buy from here!

Ordered two dresses. Took 3 weeks to come in. Purchased their shipping and return protection. Only to pay 5 extra bucks to be entitled to a store credit. Will never purchase from them again. I have free protection on my credit card if the item gets lost in shipping. Company has scam practices and left a bad tast in my mouth for dresses at this price point

Poor quality items, dress fell apart when I was first trying it on. Very, very poor communication and customer service. Never willing to help. Before, my parcel was lost. They just ignored it. No refund, no replacement.
