The dress I ordered was beautiful and fit perfect. I received it within a week. I will definitely order other dresses.
NO RETURN POLICY
NO RETURN POLICY! Had I known, I would have NEVER EVER ordered from this company. I ordered two overpriced dresses from Facebook. NEVER AGAIN. They do not allow returns for refunds! "Store Credit" plus they also charge a RE STOCKING fee and do not reimburse for shipping. I am out SO MUCH MONEY as I don't want to pay shipping to pick out something else with my store credit. I have not yet tried the return link. I'm afraid to. Others have said it does not work. HOW can an on line company refuse a full refund in this day and age of on line shopping? How will they stay in business? RETURNS SHOULD BE EASY. I am warning others to never buy from this company. I am out a LOT of money!!! The dresses were not even worth $69 EACH. I am so upset.

I really wish I had seen this site before ordering what has turned out to be an absolutely pathetic looking swimsuit, not in the color ordered...quite cheap and ugly. I can see that there are many many one-star reviews re their return policy and I want to add to the mix. No accountability, a link that doesn't work re return process, no one to call. Please do not buy anything from this company
Horrible quality
I ordered a $100 dress and the quality did not reflect that price at all. The liner was accidentally sewn into the waistband and I had to cut it out. Also, the embroidery was Shein quality at best, there are tons of loose threads I’m going to have to trim.

I ordered a tie from Baltic Born for my wedding, but the item never arrived—it was marked as returned to sender before I ever received it. When I reached out for a resolution, their response was to tell me to place another order, which was completely unreasonable since the event had a strict timeline.
Since Baltic Born refused to reship or issue a refund, I had no choice but to purchase another tie elsewhere—a company that actually delivered their product. Meanwhile, Baltic Born kept my money and refused to take accountability.
I even went through the dispute process with my credit card company, assuming this would be an easy resolution since I never received the product. However, Baltic Born fought the dispute and won, essentially getting paid for an item they never delivered.
This is a company that does not stand behind its customers. Instead of doing the right thing, they made me go through months of back-and-forth just to keep my money for an undelivered product.
If you value good customer service and companies that take accountability, avoid Baltic Born. There are plenty of better options out there. Save yourself the frustration.

On January 15, 2025, I was looking at their Agatha maxi dress. I took a screenshot of it to show a friend. At the time it had 3 reviews, with a 3-star average rating (which my screenshot includes). The reviews expressed negative opinions about the quality of the dress fabric and included user-submitted photos wearing the dress itself.
2 weeks later I returned to their website to look at the Agatha dress again. Now it only had two 5-star reviews. The written reviews I had previously read with my own eyes had disappeared completely.
I found the company’s Facebook page and brought this issue up, sharing the screenshot I had originally taken as proof. The company replied, claiming that they had “been making sure that product reviews left are actual about the products, for a better shopping experience!” I replied saying that the reviews they deleted WERE about the actual product. A short while later, they deleted this reply.
This company clearly doesn’t stand by the quality of their products, or their customer satisfaction. If they did, they wouldn’t have to rely on artificially and deceptively manipulating their reputation to control the narrative. Their business practices are shameful and disgusting.
Costs extra to exchange for a different size?!
Baltic Born has awful return policies as they only offer store credit - this is widely known. However, I didn't realize they'd also prevent an "even exchange," which can cause you to pay EXTRA (on top of shipping costs) to exchange the same item for a larger size. I was a Baltic Born fanatic, but I will no longer shop with them after how I was treated.
I purchased a dress for a wedding during a 30% off sitewide sale in December. In January, I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. I went to submit an exchange and found that they only offer returns (for store credit only, as we all know). The 30% sale was long gone, so just doing a "return" wouldn't work. I'd end up paying $36 more for the exact same dress because it's no longer 30% off. I was willing to pay for the return shipping, but I'm not paying another $36 on top of that.
Surely there must be a way around this, so I emailed customer support and explained my situation. I expected to be offered a 30% off coupon code. Nope, I was told the best they could do is their standard 15% off coupon, which is pretty much always available. I explained that 15% off isn't a solution for me, because I'd still end up paying almost $20 more for the same dress. I was essentially told "That's too bad. The sale is over so there's nothing we can do." and given a link to their return policy page.
I've never found an online retailer that doesn't offer an "exchange" during the online return process. Baltic Born already profits enough off of not offering refunds to the original payment method, but I didn't realize they also try to profit by not offering an even exchange. Awful! I'll take my money elsewhere.

Baltic Born doesn’t do money back returns, you can only get store credit. So, you’re stuck dealing with them and their poor quality clothing until you find something you like. Customer service takes days to respond to an inquiry. I will never shop Baltic Born again.
Don’t plan on retuning your items.
Ordered three dresses for a wedding. All of them were cheaply made and ill fitting. As many others have stated, I didn’t realize it’s store credit for returns. I returned and waited. Nothing. FedEx notified me it was received but not them. I sent two emails with no response (there’s no phone number option). So I sent a third one letting them know I disputed the charges with my credit card after not hearing back. Oddly enough, they got back to me then to tell me when you return something you can find the credit ant checkout over items are in your cart. Like anyone would know that. So I had to wait for my credit card to deny my dispute and then I get my credit? No! They told me I have to wait 4 months to make sure the dispute is over. So the dresses I ordered in September, I still haven’t received credit for and won’t until March…maybe. After reading reviews I’m pretty certain whatever I get with my credit will be as bad as the dresses. Total buyers remorse here to the tune of $230.

This company just does not handle returns well. I don't know how they think they are going to survive in this era of every single other company allowing easy returns.
Cannot get a refund
Cannot get a refund, even with the item is obviously mis-sized or mis-made. Store credit is useless if the items are not sized for your height!

I ordered a dress and never received it. I was told they have proof it was delivered and I was responsible for paying, even though it was never received. They will not provide me any proof of delivery. I will never purchase from Baltic Born again.
Beware of Customer Service Fail
I received an item with a stain on it and informed Baltic Born 11 days after the item arrived, a few days outside of their official 7-day return policy (they inexplicably have a shorter return window for items that used expedited delivery!). It was during Christmas and I didn't look closely until after we opened our presents... then I just got busy so it took an extra couple of days for me to let them know. It never occurred to me they would object to taking back a damaged item that still had the tags on it.
They said they couldn't confirm the item hadn't been worn by me (even with the tags on it!) because "so much time had passed". I offered to accept a $20 cash credit instead of a replacement, which they declined, offering me a 20% discount on a future purchase instead. That would mean I would need to spend an additional $80 to make this right. Nope, not doing that.
Their ultimate reply was that I should donate the item to a women's shelter. Wow. So let's send a stained item to a woman's shelter... tone deaf and insulting.
This is a matter of trust. I can't do business with them anymore, as I can't trust that they will make it right if they send me a damaged item. I now see that others had written many reviews about problems just like this, and I hadn't looked closely. Their website presents well... everything looks pretty... but in reality you take a big chance buying from them.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I purchased three dresses and didn't realize they were final sale. There was zero flexibility on returns and exchanges. The dress sizes are very inconsistent and the quality is extremely poor. I definitely recommend steering FAR away from this brand. The photos online are beautiful, the actual product is not.
