This was purchased as a gift. Shipping took a litte longer than expected. Other than that, everything was fine.

I’d give zero stars if I could, received one dress with a hole in it, other dress was the wrong size, I am still waiting on credit for one of the dresses. They have no returns, store credit only and won’t refund shipping even though they sent a damaged dress! There is no contact support, only incredibly slow robotic email support. HORRIBLE experience

I ordered two dresses. The fit was good for both and they were pretty, but the quality was awful. The fabrics felt like SHEIN quality (but they were over $100 each). Both had loose threads. I washed both exactly as specified. One of the dresses wound up with many long, loose threads all over. One was almost a foot long! I contacted them. They said there was nothing I could do because I already washed the dress. I would have been satisfied with exchanging it for the same dress. I wasn’t even trying to get my money back. After I told them that I would never buy from them again and I felt that they were charging high prices for items I could have gotten from a SHEIN type website for 1/3 the price, they offered me a coupon code for my next purchase. I declined because I will not be a repeat customer.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Return policy is abysmal. I wonder how many people have store credit that they don't even want to use because the quality is poor, NOTHING fits like it looks on the size 0 models, and once they have you're money, you're out of luck. I will NEVER shop here again, warn everyone I know to stay away, and will just have to eat the $200 "credit" I have because I refuse to do business with them.

Dress ordered had loose strings that you didn't want to cut or pull because it was a sheer material, so terrible quality.
Returning was a nightmare for both my order and my moms. Had to reach out multiple times to get the return form because their site would not let you "set a return". Then weeks past once returned and not store credit (they only provide store credit) so had to reach out again about getting the store credit be item was returned weeks ago.
Will not buy again once we use the store credit.

It took weeks to receive my order. It fit wrong, material and quality was very poor. Sent email to start a return. It took a week to get a response. They gave a partial refund and only a store credit!
Buyer beware. Worse online purchase ever. A $85 dress that's worthless. The dress pictured are not the dress recieved. Do not follow this brand.

Still waiting on store credit-a month later-worst expensive shopping experience ever. And they only do a partial credit...not even full credit. So you literally cannot order a different size if the item doesn't fit! Do NOT purchase from this company. #buyerbeware

I ordered 3 dresses. All came squished into one small mailing envelope

The chiffon and the thicker material dress were fine.

The cotton Vasalia dress was awful. Wrinkled beyond repair.

Also had no tags. So it was evidently returned.

Baltic Born has the return policy that you can only return for store credit. No refund. Make sure you know that

They take no responsibility for sending me a subpar item. It's not their fault that things get wrinkled in transit. Ok. Maybe don't shove 3 dresses in one envelope. Also make sure the quality is acceptable before sending.

I wound NEVER order from them again

I have never heard of this company but ads kept popping up on pinterest. I hesistated, worrying that I'd be let down and I'd get a shein quality item. After scrolling the website for weeks, I finally bit the bullet. I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding we were attending and they were both amazing. I bought 2 with the intention of returning the one I liked least but both are amazing so now I have 2 dresses. Listing description was extremely accurate quality was amazing, and the payment/checkout process was quick and easy! I didn't need express shipping so it did take a few more days than most of us are used to but came within the expected delivery window with no issues. To be honest, I am pleasantly surprised that the algorithm actually got it right and showed me this company. Will be buying from here again!

Their return policy is awful, and isn't blatantly clear when ordering. Unfortunately, I did not even consider a company in 2025 would give in-store credit only. I received my package 2 weeks and 1 day after I ordered it, which is absurd within the US. Customer service didn't respond to my email asking when my package would ship. I received a dress missing a button. I filed a claim the day I received it, with a picture, and they denied it stating there wasn't enough proof.

This company is a scam company. Do not purchase. I received nothing, they acknowledged I received nothing, promised a refund, and no refund was given. Avoid.

I paid $79 for the Corinth Maxi Dress. I ordered on February 24th and did not receive my order until March 6th. When I received the order, I tried it on immediately. Wow, the fabric was so thin and just felt cheap. I was so upset. After close inspection, I noticed a two-inch hole in the belt. I submitted a claim for a damaged item, they rejected it saying it was normal. I too a video of the hole and they corrected the claim and offered to send me a new belt or a partial refund. I didn't want a new belt because I will not wear the dress because of the poor quality, so I opted for a partial refund. I think it's pretty crappy that they have such a bad refund policy AND their clothes suck. It's just a way for them to make money.

I asked how I could review the item on their website. They said a link would come a few weeks after the order was delivered. I wanted and didn't get anything. I emailed them and they said because I got a refund, I cannot review it on their website. This is just another way for their website reviews to stay high.

It is a disgusting and unethical way to run a business. Do not buy from them.

Gorgeous high quality clothes. I love everything I’ve gotten from them. So pretty.

Their FAQ states items will ship in 2-3 days. My items didn’t ship until the 7th business day after ordering. I reached out to them requesting a date they would ship. No response. I’m just learning now they don’t issue refunds on returned product. I will never order from them again.

Horrible, horrible return policy and, in my opinion, deceptive. Absolutely nowhere during the checkout process was it made clear that I will never get my money back. In fact, the returns “protection” and “easy returns portal” gives the opposite impression. You better believe I would NVER have bought from them if I knew this when I made my purchase. Buyer beware!

While they do publish their return policy, I feel like it’s so strict on “store credit” instead of returning your money that they should tell you when you are checking out. I’m out $300 now

Y'all keep on insisting for a review, so here ya go. Baltic has good quality clothing, however, it's just not for me. There's too much fabric in everything. I had to return the first item, a jumpsuit, as it looked like a tent. It was an immediate reject; and instead of getting my money back, I received a credit. I HATE that. The second item I purchased was just wrong. I couldn't return it so I had to give it away. So by this time, I'm out $195 with only a $75 credit. So I purchased a one-size-fits-all coat that is HUGE because I just want to zero out the looming credit. The jacket's great for around the house because it's like wearing a blanket and it's extremely warm, but honestly, I'd NEVER wear it in public. I still have a $15 credit and I'm quite hesitant to have a yet another disappointing purchase. This experience has been a total fiasco and the only reason I rated it with 3 stars instead of 1 star is because the quality is good. Baltic Born may be great for other gals, but it's definitely not for me. I regret the day I pushed the "Confirm Purchase" button on Baltic Born.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from Baltic Born, expecting a beautiful dress based on their descriptions and photos. What I received was NOTHING like the description—cheap fabric, poor fit, and definitely not worth the price.

When I tried to return it (unused, unworn, and exactly as received), they hit me with their ridiculous return policy: no refunds, only store credit—AND they wanted to deduct $20 just for the privilege of sending it back! So basically, I paid $20 to try on a dress that looked nothing like the listing.

Absolute scam of a return policy. Buyer beware—once they have your money, they’re keeping it! I’ll never shop here again.

I see a lot of people giving negative reviews because of their return policy, but I felt the company was pretty straightforward with it on their website. As long as you go into the purchase knowing that you cannot receive a refund and only store credit, it's not an issue. I've purchased 2 dresses from them that I think are absolutely beautiful - I've received many compliments on each of them. I recommend this company to everyone because of their unique styles. I've only tried their dresses so far, but going to try their shirts soon!
