I recently bought glass balustrades for a balcony around a basement light well and am delighted with the service.. Paul was extremely helpful in offering good advice, making sure we had all the required parts. We need a few extra items afterwards and they sent it directly via courier without charging extra. I cannot recommend enough. Fantastic folks.
Fabulous job from start to finish, we had our balcony fitted with toughened glass and finished with MillBoard decking. Everything went to plan, very helpful and a super job.

Well what can I say, the team I spoke to was absolutely fantastic and helpful, they advised me all the way and I truly cannot believe how nice my project turned out because of them.

Initially they couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately once the product had been delivered and we started to erect the balustrade we found things were incorrect inc stainless rails that were too short. Balustradesuperstore insisted that everything had been made to the dimensions supplied, we checked and double checked and everything we’d sent was correct. Balustradesuperstore didn’t want to know and insisted the error was on our side which was not true.
