Bambino Baby Reviews

Great communication
Fast delivery
Quality product

Roamy was so helpful, love the try before you buy service.

Delivery was super quick and came with a nice personalised note!

This is the second baby carrier I have bought from Bambino Baby & on both occasions I have received such friendly, helpful service. The guidance videos are absolutely brilliant ! As a grandmother living alone, I was worried that I would not be able to load my grandson into the carrier single handed, but the videos made it all seem really simple !!! Thank-you !

Purchased a Jellycat item not in stock anywhere else. Simple purchase transaction and fast shipping. My niece was delighted with her bunny.

Easy, from ordering to delivery.
No problems at all

I've visited their store in person and had great experiences each time. Their selection of products are beautiful and of great quality. The online shopping experience was also easy, and my baby carrier arrived quickly and cheaply. Great service!

Great service and price - prompt delivery many thanks

First time using this company and very very impressed -my order was received the very next day beautifully wrapped would def use again and recommend-Thank you x

Roamy is the most helpful baby wearing consultant there is. And her shop is so well stocked, we have never left disappointed. An all around lovely lady and brilliant help of navigating life with a newborn!

Roamy is the best and her shop is full of beautiful and useful things. You can tell that she genuinely cares and wants to help parents/caregivers and their babies. The baby carrier/sling is so much more than just a sling it enables me to get out and play with my eldest son whilst keeping my baby happy and close. It takes the stress out of school runs and days out as I know my baby can just sleep in the carrier and be content. It was also great that I could try before I buy for 2 weeks and found the ergo baby embrace really comfortable for my back. The Bambino baby shop is so welcoming, I felt comfortable to feed my baby and has a little room all set up with baby changing facilities. These little things make a big difference! Thank you again Roamy!

Lovely service. Great advice. One of the most beautiful shops.

Not only is Roamy a welcoming kind and friendly lady, she is the most informed sling consultant. Her advice for me regarding finding a sling that works for my health condition was incredibly thoughtful and being able to try them with the "fake baby" helped a ton! Even a year on I still use my sling. Her shop is bright, colourful and full of wonderful bits for little ones, I've bought so many beautiful things from her, bright onesies, colourful books, toys, ear defenders, sleep sacks, bath toys, swim stuff, bowls and cutlery... you name it she has it! I will always recommend her to anyone searching for baby things!

This is the most amazing shop for parents and family members alike. Romy is unbelievably helpful and helped us find the perfect carrier for our daughter with so much great support and advice. It’s well stocked and has some great bits for baby, plus there’s a feeding area and baby changing if you’re in town and need access to facilities

Fantastic shop beautiful items and the most amazing help and support on hand. Always greeted with a big smile and will do anything to help - order sizes in with prompt delivery/ offer advice / give support and it’s a safe place for families to go.

Great advice on baby wearing / slings etc

Managed to get an out of stock size for me, communication about the order was very good. Highly recommend

Good service, the owner was very responsive and helpful when Royal Mail delayed my order. Would use them again for baby carriers.

Roamy has gone above and beyond to source an item for me that no one else could provide and in record time aswell. What a wonderful person and buisness, thank you so much.
