I've been trying to contact this company to process a return for the past week. No response despite the 30 day return policy listed on their website.

The Real Bamboo Company was created because we recognise that many people want to reduce or eliminate their purchase and use of environmentally unsound materials.  We share that ambition.  There is widespread concern about the damage caused to the natural environment by both single use plastics items and by microfibres derived from products manufactured from synthetic materials.  Bamboo offers a real alternative to both synthetic and other natural materials. It is a fast-growing renewable natural material that is biodegradable. It requires less water for cultivation compared to other such natural materials such as cotton. A bamboo plantation absorbs many times more carbon dioxide and produces many times more oxygen than a comparable wood forest. Bamboo is a surprisingly versatile material that can be converted into many different products straddling a whole range of applications as diverse as straws and children’s table sets through to clothing, bed linen and specialist products such as garden and building materials.
