BAM had clever marketing at the start of their business, they sent us free socks which we loved then I purchased leggings for the gym and I’ve never looked back. The enduro leggings are my favourite , they are great for the gym because they are opaque, ladies will know the bend over stretch when testing leggings. I have lots of different colours and love them all. I have also purchased the ruched T-shirts love them too. Great company, great service

I am happy with the quality of the yoga pants I have ordered, but out of six pairs I only kept two as the sizing varies wildly and colours are not true to items photographed.. Often being more dull and darker than the ones on the website. Dark red is more like dark brown with hint of red.. Ocean blue that looks vibrant on the model is just dul dark blue delivered.

I am forever grateful I came across BAM! I have been looking for high quality activewear for a long time, but I really hate the feel of the shiny polyester fabric most brands use for yoga leggings. BAM's viscose bamboo leggings are exactly what I've been looking for. Soft, natural feeling fabric, in the perfect shade of brown, squat proof, and true to size, and eco friendly!! I will be putting all my friends onto this brand.

I’ve ordered a few things from BAM on a couple of occasions, never had an issue apart from this last time - entirely my fault, new phone, so couldn’t login to my account rather than try and sort it I just placed my order as a guest. Following day had email reminder from BAM to use my credit within the next two weeks (didn’t know I had any credits) boo and I’d just placed an order….long story short got in touch with BAM to say oops and they replied to advise they’d refunded the value of my credit. I received my items loved them obviously as always but the fact that I didn’t realise I had credit and they just sorted it, I didn’t ask and actually thought oh well as I didn’t know it existed then I hadn’t really lost out.
Cracking customer service, and super items

I have bought BAM socks for years and they were amazing. I just ordered what I thought were 3 more pairs of the same and when they arrived today, I was disappointed to find that the quality has vastly decreased. These socks are no longer something special. I wish I hadn’t ripped the packet open in my excitement because I would return them. I now have to try and find socks that are as luxurious as my old BAM ones are.

After a long break from ordering from Bam I received 3 beautiful vest tops today and just like the first delivery I received from them I was blown away with the quality and softness of these vests. They are more expensive I cannot deny that but the quality is truly superb. If you want to treat yourself do consider them they are totally worth it!

I have some of BAM's tops for yoga and love them as they are very flattering and comfy. I decided to try Horizon Reflect Harem Yoga Pants but sadly they did not suit me at all. I do struggle to find yoga pants that fit me as my shape has changed since the menopause. I tend to find harem style pants do the job but unfortunately they emphasized my tummy and did not suit me. That said, the material was good quality, they were very comfortable and BAM quickly refunded me. I also like that they are a very ethical company. So I am still on the lookout for flattering yoga pants, but I shall definately return for more of the yoga tops.

Have a couple of items from Bam and have always found everything to be of a great quality. Customer service have always been pleasant and efficient to deal with too.

I have ordered a few items from Bam. I have just taken delivery of my new lovely fleece Gilet. I am always impressed with the quality, delivery and the packaging. I would also like to add that I did have to return one purchase. It was extremely simple and I received a refund quickly too. I love all my purchases to-date. Clothing is really well made and very flattering. If anyone else wants to purchase the fleece Gilet, I would suggest ordering a size smaller. I am a size 10 and ordered the extra small, It fits and looks fabulous.

I bought Kabeyun Heavyweight Sweat Joggers in Dark Khaki and the amount of fluff that comes off it is unbelievable even after washing several times (as instructed).

2nd April UPDATE: Hi Bam, I provided the requested info; but I'm still not offered a resolution.

22nd Feb 2026 Update The problem seems to have gone away now.

Lost a star because I shrank my husband's beautiful jumper, despite using the same program as used for bamboo socks. It was only when it came out of the machine a shrivelled mess that I looked more carefully. I found the label and saw ' on the inside seam of a side seam' a small label with washing instructions - it might have been better positioned with the company label on the inside of the neck

Bought to styles to wear on the plane from cold to hot, and back. What an amazing fabric. It keeps you cool in the heat and warm in the cold. I wore the tulip trousers for an early 5am safari that of course heated up in the day. Wonderful and worked for all temperatures. I’ve not stopped recommending to friends. Perfect

Bought the Horizon Bamboo Tulip Leg Yoga Pants in early November. Have worn them a few times a week since then, and while they are comfy, they're already coming apart at the seams on both hips. Was watching a video by a seamstress recently and she basically said - don't buy garments with this kind of stitching because it's a very weak stitch not meant to hold garments together - and boy was she right!

Also bought two pairs of socks in December which were too small and seem to have shrunk in spite of me following the washing instructions.

Disappointing as I really wanted eco-friendly comfy exercise gear, but I guess I'll have to go back to praying I find nice options at charity shops. In the meantime I hope my bad hand-sewing skills can hold them together. Or maybe I can make them into snap pants 😂

I like Bam clothing and I tell friends about it. Unfortunately, the £35 voucher you get by referring a friend is what it seems to be— to good to be true. It doesn’t work with clothes on offer but EVERYTHING IS CONSTANTLY ON SOME KIND OF OFFER so it’s impossible to make use of. Feels scammish and you don’t expect that from a company that is supposed to be trying to do things the right way. Put me off completely.

Don’t cater for small/petite people . Size 8 is the smallest which is way to big on the bottom half it you are 5”3 or smaller and have a petite frame.

Good quality and style of clothing. Very happy with my new yoga outfit😊
Eco-friendly packaging also very important.

I love Bamboo products. I mostly buy socks and tops. So comfortable. Delivery not the quickest but that isn't a problem for me. Recently I had to return items as I had purchased the wrong size. Customer service was wonderful.

I love the products always a delight to wear. Socks don’t seem to wear well though which is a shame but leggings are fabulous.
My only disappointment is the length of time for despatch it seems they take an age to send and when I have questioned it they always have an excuse.. Christmas. Sale. Stock take etc which is a shame. Staff always pleasant and willing to help. So if you don’t mind waiting the products are worth the wait
