Shocking delivery
Shocking delivery. Always late. Never reply to emails. Now have to go away worried about a delivery going astray. Quality has massively gone down hill too. I wont be using again. Nice idea , nice marketing, no business sense and total lack of customer commitment.

Excecllent customer service
I've ordered a few items from Bam clothing and never had a problem.
The last order was for Caundle Active Cargo Trousers- I absolutely love them, they are so comfortable and look great.
Unfortunately I had an issue with the trousers, and contacted the Bam Team- the customer service I received was fantastic!! The problem was resolved so quickly and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much- I'll be ordering from you again soon.

What an amazing British company. I think your clothes, the material and the finish are so beautiful. Sadly I had to return a pair of the most beautiful shorts as they were too short for my old legs but kept the dungarees (at71y.o.🤣🤣) The service when I rang the company re the return was courteous, kind and simple, very easy and cost nothing. Purchased yoga trousers
Purchased yoga trousers. Very soft fabric. Comfortable to wear. Very long in leg. Refund process is a little cheeky. Their policy states 3 working days for the parcel to arrive back at the warehouse, then 14 working days for the return to be processed, then between 5 – 10 days for the money to appear into your account. So that's up to 27 days to get a refund. I guess it's to help their cashflow, but it's much slower than comparable retailers.
EDIT on 10th August: Royal Mail picked up the return on 27th July. I received my refund into my account on 7 August. That is 14 days for the entire refund process. So, I upgrade my rating and thanks to the Bam Team.

Are these really environmentally friendly?
I found the order process and delivery very good however I was hugely disappointed with the product from an environmental perspective. Bamboo clothing promote their sustainability. I did research on 3rd party reviewers etc. However the socks I ordered were only 78% Viscose, Bamboo, 20% Polyamide, Recycled 2% Elastane, Creora. Forgive me but that doesn't sound hugely environmentally friendly to me

Terrible customer service
I ordered two tops online but received no information about delivery or any tracking information. I realise this is a busy time of year but customers are also planning for holidays so unaccountable delays are really problematic. If there had been shipping or tracking info I wouldn't have had an issue but I emailed and called multiple times and got nothing - the phone line doesn't work. I did receive a lot of marketing emails which was even more frustrating. Still waiting for any kind of contact from this company and totally unsure if my items will arrive. Shame - the tops looked lovely.

The return process is awful. Used to love this brand but not anymore. Returned items more than a week ago and no acknowledgement at all. Chasing customer service but no response.

Sorry you aren't happy with our returns process time.
Returns come back to us in huge Royal Mail sacks and each return is then individually hand-processed, so no doubt your return is here with us but just awaiting processing. We don’t have the facility to scan each parcel when it arrives with us.
If you have your proof of postage then we can track your return via Royal Mail using the barcode number and we can go from there. Also, please let us know if you would like an exchange or refund and which items you have returned.
Once your return is back with us, returns are taking roughly up to 14 working days to process.
If you have requested a refund, please allow up to 10 working days for this to be actioned.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.
As this feedback has been done anonymously we would appreciate your order number, so we can contact you directly.

Their bamboo clothing quality is excellent but their customer service in case you need help about your parcel is very slow, for me I don't focus so much in big brand names but what's most important is the their customer service and bamboo clothing failed on that and because of that I don't think I would buy from them in the future

I could not be happier!
I just received my order and I could not be happier, the bamboo thongs are perfect!
They are super soft and breathable. It is like I am not wearing any underwear. From the other reviews, I am hopeful that the softness won't disappear with time and washes.

Can’t contact them when things go wrong
Quality between produce varies hugely. Leggings got years ago are soft and easy to put on, leggings bought just over a year ago in the the safe size are stiff and difficult to wear. They also got a whole in the seam very quickly. No customer service to contact as only way to get hold of them is by phone.

It used to be a great company. The only one to really offer a wide range of Bamboo clothes. However now that we have Brexit and me living in the EU it is close um impossible to return things. So I explicitly asked if a certain pair of jeans fits rather thight or lose. I got a short reply saying size L would be fine and it truly wasn't.
It was way too tight. My complaint that followed has been ignored to this day.
Stay clear. Especially if you live in the EU.

If you’re not 100% happy with your new bamboo clothing garments, simply return within 30 days of delivery. Please keep your garments in their original packaging when you return them to us.
When returning your items to us please include your despatch note, which has your order details, within your parcel and we shall get the refund request processed as soon as possible.
Please note, the free returns label is only available to UK mainland customers. Overseas customers must pay with their carrier for return postage.

not for women shape ZeroRecycled Insulate Jacket…
I bought a ZeroRecycled Insulate Jacket XL for women. The manufacture and the materials are excellent but the cutting pattern is not for women! There is no space for the breast and neither if you have just a little bit of curves on the hip. Fortunately, not all women are in a straight-line body shape!
The space around the armshole is too big and the space in front is flat, so no room for movement. I gave it to my son who is thin and tall and he cannot wear it, the armhole is too wide and long.
Better to review the pattern shape. Women have a different shape than men, despite all the adverts on MSM.
I will ask for a refund.

Comfortable and supportive boxer shorts
Have ordered boxer shorts several times and find them to be supportive and snug in all the right places. Very comfortable and being bamboo they are very good in dealing with sweaty activity. I am a subscriber to Ethical Consumer magazine and it was great to see that the boxers that keep my bits and pieces in place scored highly when it comes to ethical business too! It would be even better if they could actually be made in the UK, like some other brands are able to do.

High quality clothes stand the test of time
These clothes are really well made, I have three tops which are a staple in my wardrobe as a busy mum they get washed at least once a week, and they are still as new! I’ve had them 7 months and there are no holes like I often find with other brands. Such high quality, and lovely breathable fabric to wear. Customer service was brilliant too, I was sent a replacement top for one of the ones I’d bought which had a loose thread. Thanks and will definitely buy again. Highly recommend.
