Having issues with the app and desktop. also damaged

The (550mm PTFE) tube that comes out of the top spindle arrived crimped, therefore the filament would not feed into the printer. We were unable to remove the tube to replace it, so what do we do? Se have by passed multi spool thing, but we still cannot get it to connect.
Also, having issues with the app, computer and connecting it together. It is my sons printer, who does not have a smart phone, so we used my mom's smart phone to register it, but now trying to connect the computer to it, via wifi or cloud or whatever. Why the heck is there not just a USB plug that my son could directly hook up his laptop? Seriously I wonder why these dang apps make life so freaking difficult. I am also not new to computers, I build Linux machines and the Appimage works fine, but we still cannot connect.

Says shipped but failed

The product says shipped and was shipped to the wrong address. Now it says that it’s being returned to sender and I don’t know if I have a way to get it back.

Awesome job, Bambu!

My printer was delivered the same week I ordered it. The setup was straight forward and easy to start printing. The bambu filament was competitively priced and it's so convenient having the rfid tags. I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I listened to so many recommendations for bambu labs!

Showed up with a defective heat bed and…

Showed up with a defective heat bed and would not work. Customer service to care of the problem really fast, just frustrated that it showed up broken. Once I got the new part we haven't had any problem since. Hopefully it keeps working

Support was polite and technically…

Support was polite and technically competent, but the overall experience felt impersonal and more procedural than helpful.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps and provided updates, but I didn't see much acknowledgment of the effort or of the conversation's continuity. Responses often felt templated, and I was asked for the same information more than once without clear progression.

When it came time to purchase a replacement part, the process was unnecessarily inconvenient. Instead of a clear link or direction, I had to go through a manual ordering process, which led me to purchase the part elsewhere.

Nothing was outright wrong, but the interaction lacked engagement, making a straightforward issue feel more cumbersome than it needed to be.

Great quality, poor shipping partner

The quality of the product is first rate, and ordering the filament was easy. The new shipping partner isn’t as good as they don’t have realtime shipping information so trying to figure out when the product will be delivered is difficult. It’s especially difficult when you have porch pirates that routinely are in the area. Bambu please give us a better shipping option!

Mine was very poor

Mine was very poor. Wouldn't buy bambu again. On top of all that they threaten people when they don't get their way. Poor way to do business.
