Very challenging business. Searched for a property in the location I was in. Search results came up with a property so I booked it. Turned out the property was 2hrs away and I wouldn't have made it by dark. Made 3+ calls to host to advise I'd never get there. No answer. No return call to my messages. Tried after an hour and told the story of inappropriate search results and not able to get hold of her. No pity. They charged me full deposit and 50% of nightly fee. Bad karma. It will come back to them. I cannot recommend this organisation its customer service.

Loved picking the B&Bs that would work best for our vacation! This was perfect for us!!

I don’t know why everyone doesn’t give the a higher rating because our experience has been exceptional. From the bookings to vouchers this process has been simple and the places we stayed wonderful. I highly recommend them.

We booked our trip and stays at 4 b&B's throughout Ireland. The website is antiquated and unreliable. The customer service staff are unhelpful and borderline rude. We tried to cancel a day months in advance of travel and the website instead cancelled another stay at a different b&b. When I tried to contact them I got zero response. When we finally just went ahead and booked the stays we had to pay the cancellation fees anyway. I asked the b&b host if they received the cancellation fee. She said they didn't even bother to notify her of the cancellation. Thereby locking her room down with nobody in it. Every host I talked to had stories of the horrible way b&b Ireland treat their hosts. We will not be using them again. Do yourself s favor and look to Expedia or Booking.com. Alternatively if you can find the b&B's actual contact info most will take direct bookings.

I have traveled to Ireland three times. Each time I have used B&BIreland. They offer only the best B&B’s to choose from. I have never been disappointed and will always stay at a B&B when I travel.
