How can this be a legit website
How can this be a legit website? I have not listed my villa with them, yet they let me go through the whole process of reserving my stay - I stopped at payment stage!

Horrible and slow communication
Horrible and slow communication, Have to pay for advertising first, when we explained we are using channel manager and they told us it should work with ICAL. After trying to setup the connection it didnt work. Without channel manager its impossible to organise all incomming reservations, which they should understand. When we asked for refund they are unable to do so.

They list accommodation without permission from owners.
I have had an extremely bad experience of arriving at a B&B with no record of a booking made.
This happened because bedandbreakfast.eu sent booking confirmation under the actual B&B name, I am still unclear if they took any payment.
Regardless of the payment issue, this has caused dangerous deception to a lone female traveller and subsequent inconvenience to everyone concerned.
The B&B was understandably furious.
Bedandbreakfast.eu were totally unhelpful and tried to shift all culpability to the B&B- atrocious practice and a useless and pointless business in my experience.

B&B's apply themselves on Bedandbreakfast.eu. We don't do that for them. Of course, we are happy to help B&B's fill in their page and with questions, but we are not involved in processing the reservation. Nor do we handle payments for this B&B. The confusion may have arisen because of a standardised message. B&B's have the option of using templates. These are examples and can be adapted where necessary. We always advise reviewing these before use.
