Worst service
I ordered a set of wheels and tires. First they told me that I had ordered a set that would not match my vehicle. I double checked and then challenged them. They confirmed I was correct, so I asked them to deliver the set as ordered. Then they cancelled my order without any explanation. Very poor form.

Never buy anything from them again.
No Communication at all. I get informed about production year of the tire on the bill. The description on the website suggest that tire is 3PMSF certified. In reality it is not. Could not connect to customer call center:/ Very bad experience. Never buy anything from this company again.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!! Their database of tyre fitters is out of date so make sure you do your homework before ordering or you may find yourself, like me, with your tyres in a centre that won't fit them. Of course Pneu-online.be don't want to know and will be of no help what so ever.
I will never order with them again and I certainly would not recommend.

de klant dient absoluut zelf, voordat de banden worden gemonteerd, te controleren of de geleverde banden overeenkomen met zijn bestelling
