Good service, but no response to my request for delivery location change
In general a well organised service at a competitive price and my tyres arrived fairly quickly.
But only 3 stars due to the lack of response to my email asking for a change to the delivery location after learning via answer phone that the garage placing the tyres is closed for about 10 days.
I then switched the delivery location myself to my home address via the DPD web site. The tyres were then delivered last night with a minimal delay.

Customer services telephone is fake and it cost a lot. They never reply emails.

No delivery so far, ordered the 14th. Customer service is a joke, they tell you a track and trace code will be send by email. They dont send it.... (called multiple times, always the same trick.), probably because they dont have one. They cant localize the package within the company, so the callcenter can't do anything. And they dont respond on emails. After reading some reviews on other websites (dutch) I started wondering if they are actually that bad and scam people.
UPDATE:
NO respons on any email, but I got my money back. Filling in my account number didnt work, but I received my money back after a week or so, after cancellation.
