First shipment was not found in…
First shipment was not found in distribution centre, after 4 days of checking and waiting, had to call several times the service center to find out the status. Requested a 2nd shipment asap. Now I have not rxd any confirmation of this taking place. Plus the original traking numbers are still open.

Don't trust delivery time
Unrealistic delivery time on the webshop. I ordered snowchains with "delivery 24 hours after payment". You pay, get an email that it will take three days to get your order. No way to cancel the order, you have to "refuse" your order upon arrival (very handy if you're not at home, otherwise they charge you 10 euro). I am very much aware that deliveries can take dome time, but this is just plain lies. Don't say you can deliver the next if you can't.
