Tires still not here
Tires still not here. Customer Service was supposed to do something but nothing done. We had to call DPD as no one contacted them as promised. Even we have to pay for the call. Tirecenter mentioned on the website doesn‘t exist anymore. Will not order anymore.

Ordered complete set Rims and tyres on…
Ordered complete set Rims and tyres on 11 of october. Website stated 3-5 days. After 7 days still no trace information, and when i contacted them, i got a friendly response saying, complete sets take far longer than mentioned on the website.
After that longer time STILL no tracking information, contacted them again, and they couldnt find it also... but it was sure that it would take much longer, rims and tyres NOT in the same place (France and Spain..) and gave me the option to cancel the order. (goed option).
I choose to wait.
It took longer to receive .... -1- wheel... NO warning about delivery!! so PdP was lucky my wife was at home and signed for it. ...
yep, those -3- others where sent back to ..... Belgium!! and not to the Netherlands where i was expecting them. (bad BAD ... PdP courier!!)
Than, when the other wheels came ( end of october!!), i was NOT allowed to unwrap them and check for damage/ correct rotation mounting/ DOT etc etc. it was sign for them or reject... bad BAD info on the website where supplier mention ONLY to sign áfter inspection... pppfffffff....
The tyres DOT show fresh!!! as possible so that is a GOOD point.
The information from the support lady was GOOD, friendly ánd the cancell option, so GOOD support.
The Courrier bad BAD... NO track info at the start and slow delivery! and lost package. A POINT TO LOOK INTO FOR THE FUTURE!
Now, would i order again from them?? MMmm. tough, the next in line wasnt that much more expensive... so i dont know how that difference will be in the future.
Would i recommend to friends?? yes/no .. i would tell them my experience and let them decide for them self.
