What I love
Interesting letters, learning about countries, interacting with the map, recipers and most importantly encourages writting my lo has loved writting to Banjo. However, for me as a long term subscriber each change has made the experience less personal I know its for costs but the letters are no longer addressed to him only the envelope, parents now write the responses rather than being printed on the letter and this was the part he loved a letter in the post personal to him. As a new subscriber this won't be an issue but I can see the change in his excitement.

My 6 year old daughter loves her monthly letters form Banjo! Please keep sending to USA! She was so disappointed when he sent his goodbye letter in 2021. Thankfully we were able to pay a little extra for postage to America and started her subscription back up again. 100% worth it!

We love Banjo Robinson here- normally give it 5 stars, but France’s sticker was too big for the space on the map, and my little guy was a bit bummed about that. He has autism, and fixated on needing to remove parts of the sticker to make it fit quite a bit, as maps are his special interest. But he still enjoyed the letter, and overall was a good month :)

We bought two packages, the second arrived later but that could have been because of the postal strike. The package was filled with fun, educational activities, which engaged both my grandson and his parents.

Web site is great, easy to navigate and a smooth order and purchase process. Prompt delivery and suitable packaging. Very pleased with quality of products.

Replacement letter issued , no hassle.

When my son was in year 1, he didn't like to write and his writing looked awful! It all started to change when he started to correspond with Banjo. Initially I was writing the letter with him but after a few months he was writing his own letters, posting them under the sofa. Now in year 3, he loves writing and he started writing his own book of adventures. Thank you Banjo for helping him discover the world ;)

My son has received Banjo's letters for two years and loves them, such a fab idea. But the customer service has been amazing - we were missing a couple of stickers and BR customer service were able to help promptly and have made a little boy really happy! Thank you!!!

When the format of Banjo changed, my daughter didn't enjoy the experience so much, but the ladies behind Banjo have gone above and beyond with putting things right for my daughter. Cannot fault this.

It’s a gift. I’ve never seen it

My 8 year old son loves receiving Banjos letter packs! He’s excited to learn key facts and recipes from each country they go to. He’s learning about new countries and seeing them on the big Banjo Map and fixing the stickers and paw prints is fun too.

Very cute introduction to geography for my home educated kids. These envelopes are affordable and give us the basis of our focus topic. Would recommend.

My daughter really loves her Banjo letters. Cats and maps are pretty much her favourite things so it was always likely to be a winner, but everything is really great quality and the activities are well thought out so I think it would appeal to children who aren’t cat/geography mad too!

The first letter we received wasn’t the right one and didn’t include what we needed to start our journey with Banjo. It’s difficult to get invested in something when the process is wrong from the start.

We used to get the letters for my daughter. I preferred the original set up. This one seems a step backward and not as convincing in terms on the concept of writing to banjo.

We’ll keep with it for a few months to see if I can convince my son to stick with it.

I love Banjo Robinson and overall the experience has been great although my daughter guessed straight away when you changed the format and got me to write her a note to leave under the sofa - she's not supid. She's six. She still says she'd like to hear from Banjo as we like him visiting different countries and looking at the World Map together. She's a whizz at World Georgraphy now.

My little girl loves her Banjo teddy. She was so excited when her first letter arrived full of activities and things to learn. I also printed off some activities and note cards because she likes to write back to Banjo so in between letters I can leave her little notes from Banjo too. This is such a great idea for kids, fab way for them to learn about the world and practice reading and writing.

I would just like to take this opportunity to change my review. After a mix up and my Son being sent out two of the same letters each time and therefor collecting the 12 paw stickers much sooner, it was hard to explain to him why he hadn’t received his gift for collecting them all when a mistake had been made. That being said, the company did then rectify this and went above and beyond for my Son and really did make his day. Thank you to those over at Banjo Robinson, he really was over the moon to receive his gifts. Really do appreciate the effort you all made to help :)

We had a subscription but because of Covid they were unable to deliver to the states for awhile. Once we we’re able to pay for shipping again we resumed our subscription and they were able to make sure we didn’t get another introduction letter as that would’ve been a bit confusing to our kids. It’s worked out great and our girls are once again so excited to hear from Banjo about his travels!
