i like the product

i like the product
however the web site is without a doubt the least straight forward that i have used
i have received no rewards from spending
my wife has a card as well so far zilch.

Great app and easy to navigate

Great app and easy to navigate. By using the credit card you still get cash vouchers back for the points and offers on the sparks card. The vouchers are a good incentive.

Talk to a person not a robot!!!

Spoke to a person on the phone today, they sorted my problem out straight away, love the fact I can speak to someone and not a robot, I will be staying with my M&S credit card.

I’m in M&S every week
I’ve been using my marks credit card to buy and pay it off asap
I still get points and vouchers which I use to pay for Xmas. So no big bills at the end of the yaar

Have spent far too much time over the…

Have spent far too much time over the past few days trying to link my credit card to Sparks card and using the app. Have now uninstalled as it. Even spoke to an advisor who couldn't seem to assist me. Marks should stick to knickers.

Hidden cost of a credit card 'freebie'

Sorry but why does M&S think its a good idea to pay £10 a month for a credit card in exchange for £120 in vouchers.
This is NOT explicit in your advertising, and only comes later in the small detail. On your website, it definitely is NOT highlighted. Folk think WOW, I'm getting all these lovely offers, yet they do NOT realise they are in fact paying for the vouchers themselves.
What a sly rip-off.

No wonder customers are leaving in their droves. Stop pulling the wool over your customers eyes. Shame on you meanies.
