Beware of Bank Norwegian’s Misleading…

Beware of Bank Norwegian’s Misleading Credit Card Terms!

I’ve had a terrible experience with Bank Norwegian’s credit card. They advertise an interest-free period of 1 to 45 days, but in reality, this doesn’t exist. Despite paying my monthly invoice in full, I was still charged interest on transactions made between the invoice creation date and the due date.

When I contacted customer service for an explanation, they simply responded, "This is how we charge interest," without clarifying which days are actually interest-free. It feels like they operate under their own rules, without accountability or transparency.

If you’re considering this credit card, think twice—their policies are misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful.

Promised security is a lie - fraudsters are supported rather than customers

All the security promises are a lie. After a merchant was hacked and the target bank was secretly changed, I immediately blocked the card, wrote to support and requested a complaint.
This was rejected on the grounds that the transaction had been confirmed - several thousand euros were lost.
The reason that the transaction was confirmed simply makes no sense. This is always the case when you make a transaction using a credit card. This means that the VISA chargeback procedure can never be used.
The merchant does not have to send anything, the money is never safe via Bank Norwegian.

Avoid at all costs!

Never take a loan from this bank

Never take a loan from this bank. they have hidden records. I borrowed 210k. I have deposited 80k into them over the last year. Today I have 217k to donate. I pay 4,000 kroner every month, but only 300 kroner is my debt. the rest are hidden costs. Today I wrote to them asking if they had made a mistake, they replied after 5 minutes that everything was OK. I will seek help from Swedish offices. NEVER BORROW MONEY FROM THEM.
