Applied for a credit card with all requested documents. Address verification is also done by visiting the home. Process took 3 weeks approx. When I checked the status it is saying rejected without any reason. Already carrying 4 cards including sbi so no way the criteria is not fulfilled.
Time spent to apply for the card got wasted. Infact Bank of Baroda don't care to send a message with a status to the customer. Rating for this unprofessional behavior should be 0 star.

I am studying in England at the University of Sheffield. I sent out an email and the Golmuri(Jamshedpur) branch has my signed remittance form for loan disbursement, and based on my email they disburse the amount. You can see this in the above trail mail.
I asked my Concerned branch Golmuri to disburse an amount of 1500 GBP 13 days ago. I have been following up with the branch concerned person Upendra since then but only 5 days ago on Monday, he told me to share my entire UK bank account details which I did, as you can see from the above email ID. Now that was my last mail which must have been considered to send out the amount.
I again called him on Wednesday, and then he told me that my IBAN number given initially in the mail that was sent 13 days back was wrong. I told him that I did send you an email 2 days back with all my correct details. Why didn't you use that detail? He had no answer and went silent. After that, he assured me that the payment would be received in my UK bank account by Friday. On Friday I waited the whole time but didn't get any response from him. I called him again today and didn't get any positive response from his side.
The Golmuri Branch of the Bank of Baroda and its concerned employees have been misleading and giving me false hope. Sir, I request you to please understand that I need this payment to pay my fees and have given a commitment from my end which has been delayed due to your poor service. The Golmuri branch took no responsibility for informing me via email of any update, I had to continuously follow up with them. The core idea of a LOAN is to make the finance of the customer easy , that has not been the case for me with the services of Bank of Baroda.
My father has been a customer of BOB for I think more than 10 years and this is what his family gets in return. I am not asking for a free service. I am paying interest over my loan and I expect a minimum level of service from the concerned authorities.

They took 6 months to process our death claim. We only received money because we made online complaint and a senior manager got involved. Today we wanted to clear a cheque and the manager Jaypraksh started harassing by asking stupid questions. He will not allow us to withdraw our own money. I had a request from the Bank of Baroda Centralized Re-KYC Cell from Mumbai (22/04/2023) to furnish Re-KYC details and documents to Base branch at Surat and they had given me the address and email address of the branch and KYC team in Surat I requested the form for NRI or account holders from abroad I was told to down load it from the website I needed two forms 1) Re-KYC and other No change RE-KYC and was also informed I could email the document to my base branch
I did as per their advice and instructions and sent all the documents to Base branch and requested an acknowledgement of safe receipt of the documents It’s almost a month now they have not acknowledged and keep sending me reminders to Send KYC documents or else account will be put on Dormant and closed till today 06/07/2023 no respose

Today I went to bank to close my fixed deposit by premature closure...The Manager close my account. When I asked detailed information, how much I had received with interest for 2 years on my fixed deposit and on what amount premature penalty is deducted and how much?when asked. Manager was rude said check in mobile banking? I was eager to know how much interest I received and on what amount penalty is deducted. When I tried to update my passbook, machine is not working, no manual printing also, server problems, no manager, staff cooperation, I struggled to check my fixed deposit transactions, and was not able to find out on my fixed deposit amount how much interest I received for 2 years and what amount premature penalty is deducted. Only answer is I can know my total balance. I want world to know this poor service of this bank...one is sure if you go to this bank full day is wasted, very very slow working and very very slow services.
