Bank of Baroda Civil Lines Basti 272001…

Bank of Baroda Civil Lines Basti 272001 is still an old generation branch, following pressure on customer techniques and not taking any responsibility. They will allow you to operate your account as they want. Very poor internet banking, no answer for a negative balance entry in an account and that neither being corrected nor being explained that how the account because negative balance. If you don't pay your credit score will be affected adversely, if you pay next time some new charges or negative entry. THERE SHOULD BE A CREDIT SCORE OF THE BRANCH ALSO LINKED WITH CUSTOMER'S CREDIT SCORE, IF CUSTOMERS CREDIT SCORE AFFECTED ADVERSELY THEN BRANCH SHOULD ALSO BE ANSWERABLE. No other solution.

Wake up call...those having savings…

Wake up call...those having savings account and FD s in BOB Shivaji park branch...be alert. Check your account minutely especially your FD s. The bank staff is not only making mistakes but also without permission extending FD to longer period for their personal benefit inspite of clear instructions of extending for a shorter period n can prove all that I have written.
Also on extending when u ask will it be closed n then extended...they deny but it's not true n that results in losses.
Be aware n alert of every transaction n every FD n read it minutely.
Also 75percent of time their passbook update machine doesn't work n if it works the print ribbon is light.
Your important documents are handled by sweepers and security many a times n they end up placing the document on wrong table leading to misplace.
3 banks merged together n one third staff.
It's chaos n also there is lot of favouritism.
These people forget that it's because of our accounts they are on the job n by cheating n misguiding customer..they will soon lose a lot of them

Worst transparency with the loan…

Worst transparency with the loan repayment. Even the bank employees doesn't know why I'm charged extra. I took a car loan of 6 lakhs rupees and I was paying 14k per month as EMI. After few years they started asking to pay extra 600/- and kept on increasing. I don't understand why need to pay extra as I'm already paying the EMI. Went to bank to ask the same and even they don't know for what reason and suggested me to pay that money. It is torturus experience with the management and with the spam phone calls made by them.

I never recommend this bank to anyone.

Lousy experience with Bob branch, ATM and online portal

Lousy experience being continued with bob world online internet. I wish to retrieve my user Id but the bloody thing doesn't move. You take any route n it lands you into error zone. If you try on ATM, this facility is withdrawn. If you go to the branch(Gotri Rd Vadodara) they shunt you between two windows. Their system runs slow and they show frustration on customer. It is rare to find a smiling face in Bob. Even SBI seems to have improved but NO, not Bob. God save the customers!!

Had issue with Bank of Baroda Debit…

Had issue with Bank of Baroda Debit Card unable to make payment above 500 AED onLine payments.
Contact Customer Service for Two Week then gave me email to send all details with screenshot Error, no answer so visited & Met Mr. ANKOO DUTTA Manager, He NOT even told me to sit or listen to my problem, Try to send me to Customer service and saying why this type customer coming. Bank of Baroda cases happens because we have 40 Thousand Customer. I am dissatisfied with the Service of Bank Of Baroda Manager.

Worst online banking experience ever

I live & work outside of India and have used BOB to operate an NRE account;
I’ll rate bank of Baroda’s online banking as the worst online banking experience of my life… funny how Indian IT services firms are used by American banks to build and maintain their entire online and mobile banking services and Indian banks cannot find a few talented professionals to design and offer a simple seamless online banking experience to it’s customer base

If there was 0 I would put that.its been a month I'm trying to activate my bank card which got locked and over a year trying to activate my online account the emails I've sent are no use they take forever to reply and there is always more to it. Never a straight response or quick easy way out.
I visited the bandra mumbai branch too and the guy was on his phone playing games and on watsapp and half hearted answers came from him and then he told me to send and email. I was so furious . How can a bank have such negligent employees and services it's a bank for crying out loud. You need to have better services especially for your NRI customers.
I went to the branch in UK and they cannot make changes or help with activations and account details since it has to all happen where you opened the account. I mean what's the use of a branch in UK if they cannot help.
My advise dont open a bank of baroda account.

The Worst Assistance By BOB - BARB0YELBAN of Yelahanka Branch

The Worst Assistance By BOB - BARB0YELBAN of Yelahanka Branch, The woman working at the Passbook Counter who seems uninterested & No concerns in helping out the account holders with their inquiries or issues. I never expected a lady at the desk of the bank will be so careless who don't even have some seriousness on customers problem.
@Manager - Please educate your personnel to focus on their work properly & assist your Account Holders Customers well.

Rubbish

Rubbish, Bogus, Incompetent, Unprofessional, lazy, and lethargic service and staff. (Bank of Baroda LH Road)
I visited the bank 15 days ago to register my account as NRE, after 12 days of constantly calling and no one answering they finally informed me that it cannot be transferred "due to some error" (this was not communicated to me via call, message, or email and when confronted about it they just kept dillydallying the response) finally they informed me they can convert my account to NRO which too I have been calling for over 3 days and yet nothing has been done. and the staff is giving me stupid responses like "hoga kuch error", "dekhenge", "Hota rehta hai sabka aisa", "sare accounts me error aa raha hai kitno ka check karenge" etc.
I am thoroughly disappointed by the sheer indiscipline and unprofessionalism of the bank and the staff. It has been an exhausting experience banking with this bank and this branch its pushing me to a point where I lose my calm due to the hassle of calling for 15 days and 10 times at least in 1 day.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service,
12/12/23 I been tooting branch for sign documents. I understand I have to pay for printing documents. But manager asking for 30 pound for printing its 30 pages A4 size. I am agree to pay. After manager name is kothari asking for more 30 pound courier. I said him why you need to courier you have to scan all documents and send via email.
Tooting branch manager is corrupt. And demanding for money.
He has to same on him as a manager.
Its ruined india name.
This is corrupt snake.
I request you to india government.
Kick out this type of mangers.
