worst experience bank of baroda in kkaradi branch . i applied for home loan provide all the doc . got approval also but the branch didn't disburse the amount for that reason i got penalty from builder when i try to do loan from other bank they bank manger and contact person sachin ahir ask for money to provide builder noc .it was very worst experience. and bank manger was rude on me finally i provide money to them for NOC .

This poor ass bank wants your money, they can get your account to “-” like it's their own, their international payments system is fked up its done manually, means if your company or someone sent you money from a foreign country this sheetass bank will take ages just to verify the transaction like 5 buisness days? I was forgienor based in Bangalore and was in need of a local bank account for refunds given by cheque.
Having been assured by the manager Sanjay that it would take 2-3 weeks for the account to open I left a cheque with them for 1,20,000 rupees. After two months and numerous phone calls and messages the account is still not open and my calls are not taken whilst they still have my cheque in their hands.
This has to be worst service that I have ever received from a bank. I would have been wise to check the bank suffers from really bad ratings made by thousands of other customers who too have had very bad experience with Bank of Baroda.
To the managers Sanjay and Thusith of Bank of Baroda Bangalore, you guys have no humanity in treating customers like this. Can you please get in touch touch and at least forward my cheque back.
Discrimination at Guyana Bank of Baroda
Namaskar : the local branch is lacking in professionalism....courtesy and customer care.
Since I began using their services they began changing the level and standard of services. Firstly , guards were planted at the door and being used in most antisocial ways. Secondly, indian staff have been replaced by afro Guyanese ones at savings....withdrawals and other frequented points. They feel that being Indians they are superior. I attended Indian Education Trust College, lived amongst Indian monks and nuns . Back here in my country ,the pride from this Indian diaspora is incredible. I am thinking to close my account again ; for the shabby behaviour being given out to me.
The superiority shows in their actions and mannerisms. Poor people living in a fools' Paradise...?

Fraud advertising on services offered
That don't actually offer what they advertise for eg doorstep banking. Useless customer care, they expect you to keep calling on bogus numbers on branches to resolve issues. Their supervisors give different responses to same issue. No consideration for senior citizens even.

I went to Porur Chennai 600116 BOB Branch for opening a NRE account. I submit Passport/CDC/My Ship Contratc Letter/Valid USA Visa/Adhaar Card/PAN Card. But they asking me for TAX details Seafares/Seaman are getting Tax Free Salary same like Gulf Country. But the person asking me the TIN number for Ship.....I don't know what to tell.....Call center staff giving not working phone number......

But my hometown is in Madurai I put deposit in their bank 16 laks 1 year back ..I asked when their deposit will be closed they said August 2024 I said what formularies do u need to close their said they said just send email that's enough. Ok I said thanks .After I reached USA I called them more than 50 times and I send email but they r not all responded. Even customer care is very bad ..I said I want to close deposit please don't renew them I send one of my cousins to check in bank now they r telling I have to come directly to bank to close deposit . I am trying to talk through phone even my time differs from India origin whole night Iam sitting Iam trying to call them but no one responded and even I send form I will sign and send in PDF they r not all sending email ...very very worst bank . Bank of Baroda Civil Lines Basti 272001 is still an old generation branch, following pressure on customer techniques and not taking any responsibility. They will allow you to operate your account as they want. Very poor internet banking, no answer for a negative balance entry in an account and that neither being corrected nor being explained that how the account because negative balance. If you don't pay your credit score will be affected adversely, if you pay next time some new charges or negative entry. THERE SHOULD BE A CREDIT SCORE OF THE BRANCH ALSO LINKED WITH CUSTOMER'S CREDIT SCORE, IF CUSTOMERS CREDIT SCORE AFFECTED ADVERSELY THEN BRANCH SHOULD ALSO BE ANSWERABLE. No other solution.
Wake up call...those having savings…
Wake up call...those having savings account and FD s in BOB Shivaji park branch...be alert. Check your account minutely especially your FD s. The bank staff is not only making mistakes but also without permission extending FD to longer period for their personal benefit inspite of clear instructions of extending for a shorter period n can prove all that I have written.
Also on extending when u ask will it be closed n then extended...they deny but it's not true n that results in losses.
Be aware n alert of every transaction n every FD n read it minutely.
Also 75percent of time their passbook update machine doesn't work n if it works the print ribbon is light.
Your important documents are handled by sweepers and security many a times n they end up placing the document on wrong table leading to misplace.
3 banks merged together n one third staff.
It's chaos n also there is lot of favouritism.
These people forget that it's because of our accounts they are on the job n by cheating n misguiding customer..they will soon lose a lot of them
