The staff seems overwhelmed and unresponsive. The subpar service is unacceptable from a reputable institution like Bank of Baroda. If the bank is unable to cater to its customers' needs, perhaps it's best to cease operations."

I am account holder
I am govt. salary account holder of BOB and I tried to withdraw Rs.15,000/- for 3 times from BOB ATM at Kolar Branch. In respect of first 2 transactions amount of Rs.15,000/- each was correctly dispensed by the said ATM and in the last transaction ATM machine had dispensed Rs.14,600/- i.e., instead of dispensing Rs.500/- it has dispensed one note of Rs.100/-. Immediately showing all the withdrawal amounts of 3 transactions I made a written complaint to the Manager of BOB at Kolar Branch, Karnataka, he assured he shall look after the matter. After 04 days due to my busy schedule i entrusted my wife to visit BOB at Kolar Branch, but Manager replied till date he could not able to file complaint in the BOB grievance cell and hence i visited nearby BOB branch at Bangalore and filed complaint in the BOB grievance cell via ID: DBFN85905503964. After 05 days when I checked my complaint status it showed amount withdrawn from the said ATM was successful and no reimbursement is entitled. On the very said day of my withdrawal another 04 persons were suffered same problem in the ATM. This clearly shows how BOB ATMs are working and how they response to the issues. Now being a common person what shall I do to gain my hard earned money of Rs.400/-. BOB Bank being trustworthy service provider, its duty is to secure the public money by providing quality ATM machines and software's , but by providing useless unconditional ATM machines it can never be trustful service provider.

Really pleases to tell you that the Bulsar branch in Valsad for NRI banking is the worst of the worst. Ignoring all my emails requests. When I visited the branch requesting for a new cheque book and a debit card, a year ago all was promised by the branch manager ,but not processed.
They will run after you when they want your money, but if you want to close the account, it appears their legs are cut off.
I have now closed my account at this branch today,by going to the City Branch and Rasmita was helpful and guided me on how to fill out the form.

I am seriously fed up with the services of this Bank.
The manager as well as the employees are dammed so lethargic and lazy that they dont even bother to provide the basis service.
They dont respond to email queries as well as letters in writing.
Their Loan department is unprofessional in handing loan as well as drafting a loan agreement.
Being a lay man i pointed out several silly mistakes in their loan agreement.
They dont even know how to treat a customer and every day they enter into agruments with senior citizen and other customer because they dont provide timely serives.
This branch shoud be closed and the manger shoudl be fired.

Today, I visited the Bank of Baroda branch at Shrusti, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra, to assist my uncle with an issue. My uncle, who is undergoing dialysis and unable to visit the branch himself, had mistakenly written the wrong account number on an RTGS form. At first, the staff informed me that the process could not proceed via a third party and suggested rewriting the cheque, which would have been a significant inconvenience for my uncle given his health condition.
However, the situation took a positive turn thanks to the exemplary support of Ms. Priya Suri, the Senior Branch Manager. She was lightning-fast in resolving the issue, displaying exceptional professionalism and compassion. She even took the initiative to speak directly with my uncle over the phone to clarify the matter and offered further assistance if needed. Her willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Shaikh, another staff member, who guided me and ensured the matter was resolved swiftly. The entire experience highlighted the dedication of the Shrusti branch team towards their customers' needs. My heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Suri and the team for their outstanding service!

Loan Reevaluation at my expense
Took a personal loan few years ago. Payments are ongoing with zero defaults. With just two more years of amount pending, the bank now wants to do a reevaluation. I have no issue with the reevaluation, but why am I paying 3500rs for it??

I went to the BANK OF BADORA,HIMACHAL PRADESH KANGRA branch. i told to the staff to print my passbook he said he has lots of work to do so u have to wait,i waited there over atleast 45 min ,in between the time i requested him to print the passbook he said i will done it later if you want the print wait untill my work done , so he finished his long (45 min) work first. Later the bank was about to close(5PM)He took atleast just 40 sec to print my passbook because it was just 1 page print , and later i said if you did this before i could save my time .
