We were looking for an engagement ring and Leah made the process absolutely fabulous! She got a feel for what I was liking and not liking and started pulling some different options for me, and one of those was the perfect ring! She was so helpful both in picking out the ring and helping us with our insurance requirements afterwards. We really enjoyed the experience and I am in love with my ring!

My husband purchased a Cartier watch from Banks Lyon, for my 60th birthday over two years ago. Their customer service is superb and we've gone on to purchase two more luxury watches from them.
Unfortunately in June 2023 my Cartier developed a fault and was unwearable. I sent it back to Cartier 3 times over several months and was told each time that the problem was corrected only to find it wasn't. I was completely frustrated by this point and I contacted Banks Lyon to see if there was anything they could do to help me and even though it had been over two years since purchasing the watch from them, they were more than happy to help. They dealt with my case and Hannah one of the sales associates kept me informed throughout.
I now have a new Cartier watch which was posted late yesterday and arrived this morning. I can't thank Banks Lyon enough for their wonderful customer service. They truly are exceptional!

My wife and I visited the Kendal store yesterday to view the the Breitling Super Ocean Heritage Automatic 46 which had been kindly transeferred up from the Lancaster store at 24 hours notice by the staff at Banks Lyon, so that I would be able to try it on.
I had been trying to source a luxury watch as a gift from my amazing wife Carmen for my 50th Birthday in April. I had only came across the watch on the internet in the morning the day before and immediately fell in love with it. I searched online for stockists in Cumbria and came across the Banks Lyon store in Kendal. I contacted them on WhatsApp and from the first message Aziza couldn't do enough to help, doing everything she could to make sure I was able to view the watch at the Kendal store the next day.
We were greeted by Maxine and her colleague in Kendal who were both very professional and personable and gave us their full attention. We were offered a glass of champagne and made to feel like royalty, customer service was top class and Maxine went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the watch and everything was right for us.
The watch was perfect, as was the whole experience and my wife decided that we weren't leaving the store without it, much to my elation!
It even turned out that Maxine and I have the same Birthday, what's the odds, it was meant to be!
A first class jewellers ran by first class people!

I absolutely love everything. From Aziza assisting me and my sister, her patience , her support, and customer service is above this world. Shipping took just a day and I got my lovely watch . I will definitely be buying more watches from them .

I purchased a "Luxury" watch from Banks Lyon, a company I had't come across before as a result of an advert in Google.I must say that throughout I was aided and guided by a very nice lady,Aziza and who kept me fully informed on progress. True to her word the watch was delivered well packed on the day/time predicted.
I will not hesitate to return to them for my next purchase

Was getting nowhere with IWC for a watch strap issue.
In a nutshell took it to Banks Lyon who spoke directly with IWC and sorted it out and now I have my watch on its new strap.
Without Banks Lyon I'd be on the old strap and would have sent the other one back for a refund.

Ordered a Longines on line after 3pm on Friday, arrived before 10am Saturday. Had a call from Tom to check we would be in on Saturday. I was looking to buy a new Garmin watch. Stumbled upon Bank Lyons and saw they had the watch I wanted at a slightly cheaper price than elsewhere. Being quite an expensive watch I was nervous about buying from a company I was unfamiliar with. I reached out via their online chat service and got chatting to Aziza. She helped me with all my quieres, gave me a discount and her customer service was outstanding. I think it's the best customer service I've had in a long time. Kept me updated on my order, shipped out on time and came with a beautiful note. Could not recommend this company any more.

Where do I start!

I contacted Banks of Lyon to ask if they were able to get me the Cartier Panthere watch in size mini - as my boyfriend was getting it for me as a 30th birthday gift. I spoke on chat to a very lovely lady named Aziza.
She took my details and explained it was hard to get a hold of and would speak to her Cartier dealer, within the space of an hour I heard back to say it was possible if we placed the order.
After the order was placed Aziza tried her very best to get it to me before I flew out on holiday - this however was out of her hands and Cartier simply were not able to get it to me on time.
Because of this Aziza went ABOVE AND BEYOND by sending out the cutest pair of gold earrings, a bottle of Prosecco and birthday card so I had something to open! To say this stunned me is an understatement.
Literally the day I arrived in Mexico I received a text explaining the watch had arrived & that she would keep it in the safe for me until I return. Roll on week later, I text to say I was home and not even 24 hours later I have received my beautiful watch - immaculately packaged with their stunning gift wrapping.
I honestly cannot recommend this company enough - especially the service Aziza provides her clients.
