After years of procrastination over buying a new watch, I finally made to the decision to buy my Cartier Santos with Banks Lyon because of Aziza. She went above and beyond to ensure I had different real life pictures of the watch and answered every question I had within an hour day or night. A true professional.

I was served by Samantha, it felt like a relaxed chat, no pressure, no judgement, she took the time to understand what I wanted, and presented the options in an informed manor, without expectation. I may not have bought there and then if it hadn't have been for her relaxed and supportive demeanor.

I have to say my visit was absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of meeting Aziza, one of their sales representatives, who went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed regarding the watch I was interested in.

Before my appointment, Aiza was incredibly helpful and provided me with all the necessary information, Getting to Banks Lyon was a breeze, especially if you are visiting Lancaster town via train it is around 8 minutes away from the station and very easy to find.

When arrived, Aiza was there to greet me in person and guided me through the watch and payment process with ease. The entire experience was seamless and efficient, thank you Aziza!

Overall, I give Banks Lyon a solid 10 out of 10 for their outstanding service and the smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend them for new clients!

Friendly helpful staff, no hard sales pressure, gave us a reduction on the ring we purchased and also provided cleaning and ring sizing on my original ring as part of the overall price. Speedy service on the ring sizing too! 😁

Superb service from Aziza and the team at Banks Lyon. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were very knowledgable (and patient) in answering my many questions). Ordered my watch on a Friday which arrived the next day, before 11am which I was hugely impressed with.

Highly recommend Banks Lyon and (once the wallet recovers from the purchase) I’ll be sure to consider them for my next watch to add to the collection. A real pleasure to deal with.
