Ghali did my implant, he was very encourging when i was scared, calm me down and even offer to clean my teeth for free Staff are very freindly, theyll asked if you want a drink. Overall my experience was fantastic and would recommend anyone who's thinking of doing their implant at Banning.

Chiswick Banning and their whole team are fantastic and have really been supportive through all the treatment! I would reccomend to anyone who wants the best end to end experience - no doubt the best!

I’ve been to Banning Dental in Brentford twice now, and both times the service has been absolutely lovely. Everyone at the reception is so kind and helpful, and a special thanks to Hannah for talking me through my treatment plan so clearly. I also had a quick debrief with Dr. Joao Magalhaes, who was very lovely and efficient in getting my treatment started. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Such a brilliant place, I’d recommend everyone to come here!

DR Renato is extremely knowledgeable. There was a great professional working relationship between him and his assistant which made me feel comfortable and secure during my sinus lift. Jorge at the main desk was a star. He sensed my nervousness and offered me a 'squeezy tooth' to use during my treatment. Thanks Jorge, it really did help my nerves!

My experience was extremely positive. I wasn't really sure because I didn't trust all the reviews (that tells more about me than the clinic). The doctor was very helpful. He suggested the procedure that was due (I had a infection)but didn't put any pressure on me to have it done. During the extraction he always communicated and gave me choices. I also have to mention the nurse. I don't actually think I could have done it without her. I have a complete phobia of the dentist chair and she really looked after me from start to finish. I can not thank her enough. I've decided to have more work done and I am happy I choose to go to Banning Dental.

From walking through the door seeing a smiling receptionist welcoming you to bannings . Brentford bannings is so friendly. So professional in every department. Experience with Banning Dental group has been pretty good so far. Booking my first appointment via the website was smooth, got confirmation, got reminders. On the day of my appointment at the Lewisham clinic, I was treated by Dr. Urvah, very kind and attentive, explained everything very clearly and gave me good recommendations. Naf (receptionist) was also very nice and helped me sort out my next appointments.

After multiple rebookings on their part, I eventually attended initially for a mandatory check up (£30) and then a few weeks later to see an implant specialist. On my first visit, my bum hadn’t even touched their sofa when I was accosted by a member of staff waggling pamphlets in my face and trying to convince me to sign up to their monthly payment plan. At this point I hadn’t even spoken to a dentist let alone discussed treatment. I was asked a further 2 times while waiting to be seen if I wanted to sign up, I declined.
On my second visit, again as I was at the reception desk letting them know I’d arrived, I was handed an iPad with a list of terms and conditions that they demanded I sign. I took it away and read it and every sentence related to money: payments-when they’re expected (up front), penalties for failing to pay on time, various tickboxes where you agree to pay xxx amount by a set time etc etc. I handed the tablet back to reception and commented that they were assuming rather a lot, I hadn’t yet discussed any treatment with anyone, whether I was having any, needed any and if I did, what that treatment would be and its cost. The receptionist looked rather perturbed and said I’d need to sign it at some point, but took the tablet from me nonetheless.
My appointment with the implant specialist was meant to be a discussion about options, which ones are available to me and what the costs would be. He had a good poke around at my teeth and then proceeded to give me the hard sell for a full mouth restoration;4 on 4 implants top and bottom. When I asked if there were any other options, he said there were dentures or a bridge, but “nobody likes those and they’re inconvenient.”
I was then ushered into another room where I had a very scripted, impersonal sales pitch levelled at me from albeit a very nice young lady who-to her credit-didn’t falter when I nearly keeled over in shock at the £16,500 price tag!
I honestly felt like I was being sold double glazing where they come at you with an astronomical, inflated and utterly ridiculous quote, wait for you to balk at it or laugh hysterically before coming back with a line like “but your luck’s in because just this month only we have a special offer giving 50% off all treatments”. But that didn’t happen, they were completely serious and so I made my excuses and left, feeling that I was quite attached to both of my kidneys and didn’t really fancy selling them both, as that is would be required to find the silly money that they were asking!
Since then, I have asked for them to forward me copies of the scans and X-rays they took-all digital imaging that can be sent via email-and they wanted £50 to do that. Erm ok. GDPR? All patients have the right to see their dental records free of charge? The barefaced cheek…
I have since visited another dentist who have not tried to rob me blind and have been transparent about my dental needs and have offered several options, none of which that require me to sell my soul-or kidneys come to that. I’m glad I only spent £30 with Bannings, they certainly are greedy for all they can get from you, I’ll never set foot in there ever again and will advise friends and family to avoid them too. It wasn’t a great experience.

Tebz and team took me through my options, they were honest with me and the pricing really shocked me I was expecting to pay way more than I did and the team at Chiswick in particular Tebz and the lovely reception team to the orthodontist and Peyman the implantologist have been absolutely phenomenal. Very impressed by their service and support

I have been going to banning dental group since the beginning of 2023. I have had braces done and out of every private dental clinic i have checked out, the pricing of banning dental group was the best in the market. Very affordable and i still going here for routine hygiene checkups. I have even just signed up for a subscription with this help, courtesy to Sneha who was so informative about this next step with Banning Dental Group.
