I was helped both over the phone and on Instagram to get an emergency appointment and the service I received was exemplary. I had a great experience at Banning Dental Group Crawley. Dr. Alissa Liu and the whole team were professional, kind, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend their service!

Sherin was very thorough and explained everything well. I booked an appointment for fillings. I had an appointment at Banning dental in May 2025 for an implant. She asked if I had a review after the implant and I said no as no one had told me I needed one. She said there was bone loss and I needed a review. I am devastated. I might lose the implant as no one checked up on me.
After I got the implant in May I had a lot of pain. I had a check up 10 days later where I was told everything was fine and the longer I waited for the crown the better so the bone could heal. I was never booked a follow up appointment or told I needed one to due potential bone loss. No one ever called me to come in.
After I wrote the review someone called me and asked me to change it in exchange for a free dental cleaning. I didn't want a free cleaning. I wanted correct care by Banning Blackfriars I am a type one diabetic but my blood sugar levels are good and have been good since I was diagnosed.
On November 22nd I saw the implant doctor after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. She said the implant needed to be removed immediately due to bone loss. She said I should get a bridge instead. I immediately went for a second opinion that day. That specialist said if I had proper follow up care by Banning the implant could have been saved. He also said I should get a bone graft to replace the lost bone after the implant is removed whether I get a new implant or not. I called Banning back and said I had an appointment to get the implant removed and wanted a bone graft the same day. They checked with the implant dentist who said we would have a review on the date I booked my appointment for the implant removal. That made me more confused. I was told the implant should be removed immediately, then I was told I couldn't have removal or a bone graft without a review which I already had on November 22nd. I feel that if I had had proper care and had reviews and follow up I would probably still have my implant and not be given the run around. Banning should have done better.

I enjoyed my first visit to Banning 'Blackfriars'. The reception staff were very welcoming and the building was immaculate. The waiting area was very relaxing and the dental rooms themselves were excellent. The treatment I got from both the hygienist and the dentist was very professional and detailed. They were very friendly and they explained everything finitely. I couldn't fault anything. And the prices charged were great value. Excellent all round!
